Christmas Return
Christmas was just days away and Ethan didn't really feel like celebrating ever since Rochelle died he hadn't done much for the Guard. He always had grief in his eyes. His friends where troubled. So they went to the Immortal now in charge of the Guard.
"Father we have a Christmas request for you", Matt says
"What is it my son?" Dartemis asks
"We ask you to please bring Rochelle back for Ethan", Matt says
"He has been the most loyal of the guard", Arkarian says
"He has sacrificed everything for the guard", Isabel says
"We owe him to bring her back", Neriah says
"So you all feel this way?" Dartemis asks
"Yes", Dillon says
"Yes", Shaun, Ethan's father says
"Yes", Jimmy says
"We all agree too", says King Richard
"I can return her only with the help of two other immortals", Dartemis says
"I will help", Matt says immediately
"So will I", Neriah says immediately
"Very well it will be draining. But we can do it. Do you what to do it now?" Dartemis asks
"It is Christmas Eve. Rochelle can go to him on Christmas Day", Matt says
"So it should be this is what you have to copy me", Dartemis says showing Matt and Neriah what to do
They do the ritual it takes half an hour everyone was silent in that time none moved in fear of breaking the spell. A body began taking place in the middle of Dartemis, Matt and Neriah.
And suddenly everyone heard the gasp of someone breathing. There stood Rochelle fully alive. Matt and Neriah looks really tired.
"Ethan!" Rochelle says as memories of the battle come back to her
"He is fine. You have come back from the dead", Arkarian says
"How?" Rochelle says
"It was Dartemis, Matt and Neriah. They needed three immortals to pull you back to life", Isabel says
"How long have I been dead?" Rochelle asks
They tell her everything. Rochelle wanted to rush to Ethan straight away. But the others convice her to wait till they make sure she was ok.
It was Christmas Day and Rochelle made her way to Ethan's house with the others. All wanted to witness this.
Shaun was waiting for them and let them straight in.
"In the living room", Shaun says
Rochelle saw Ethan his eye dull staring into nothing.
"Ethan?" Rochelle says
Ethan turns.
"No your not really here", Ethan says quietly
"Ethan I am alive. And I know how to prove it too you", Rochelle says going closer to Ethan
Ethan stands very still as Rochelle leans in and kisses his lips. After a minute Ethan responds.
"You're alive? How?" Ethan asks hugging Rochelle tightly
"The three immortals bought her back", Isabel says
"We all asked to have her back for you. You have given everything to the guard now they all agreed it was there turn", Arkarian says
"All of you?" Ethan asks
"Yes all of us", Neriah says, "I helped because I am immoral"
"I did too with my father. Merry Christmas Ethan", Matt says
"Thank you all so much. Thank you. Merry Christmas", Ethan says
Ethan then kisses Rochelle again. His friends had bought Rochelle back to him! This was more then what he was hoping for, for Christmas. His Rochelle had Returned for Christmas and as long as they live…
