Title: When My Mommy Died
I was four when my mommy died
My daddy died with her
He became a shell of the person he once was
He wasn't daddy anymore he was sir
I was four when my mommy died
As my baby brother was placed in my arms
I became a man, a father, and a protector
I raised my brother and I never disobeyed my father
I was four when my mommy died
I lived for my brother and my father
I lived to make them happy, I hunted for dad, and I tried to make things as normal as I could for Sam
I know Sammy thought I lived for the hunt but I lived for him
I was four when my mommy died
After she died Sammy was the only innocent left in our family
Sammy wanted a normal life and one day he got one
He left without saying goodbye and I cried
I cried the tears of a boy, the boy I never got to be
I was four when my mommy died
It was so hard to live with out her
It was really hard to live without daddy too
But when my life, my everything, when my Sammy died I died too
