Shifting silently in his arms, Hinata rested her head back on his shoulder. A smile pulled at her lips, as he tightened his grip on her waist. She looked up to her right staring at him.
He had the cutest expression adoring his face, his nose was slightly scrunched up in concentration as he read over the scrolls sprawled across their laps. His eyes shining with determination.
Naruto's lips tugged at the corner as Hinata buried her nose into his shirt collar.
"Ya know. Your awfully distracting." He chuckled his hands retracting from her waist, before he started digging his fingers into her sides causing a small gasp to burst from her mouth.
Her soft laughter filled the room as he continued to wriggled his fingers in her sides.
"N-naruto!" She gasped wiggling in his arms, her legs thrashing out. Naruto tickled her till tears sprung to her eyes, her stomach scrunching in slight pain.
He laughed as she struggled against his arms, finally braking free. She scrambled over to the side breathing hard.
"No! Wait come back." Naruto laughed reaching for her hand. Hinata looked at him over her shoulder with a tiny smirk.
Naruto stared at her as she moved back over to him. She had that smile on her face... this wasn't good.
Naruto flattened himself against the wall, as she sat on her legs facing him. He smiled nervously at her, as she leaned towards him, his hands covering his stomach and sides.
"Wait, Hinata. I'm sorry. Please don't... no wait!" Hinata giggled softly as she dug her fingers into his sides sending him into a fit of hard gut wrenching laughs.
He withered around, a smile gracing her face. "It's only fair." She whispered as she pulled back, Naruto going limp. He was still laughing silently as he pulled her into his arms.
"That was mean," he whispered against the shell of her ear. She giggled as she brushed her lips over his cheek.
"Is revenge as sweet as they say?" He asked looking her in the eyes. Her eyes shined as she leaned forwards, Naruto meeting her half way. Hinata pulled away first.
"Ya know. It is." She giggled her cheeks a bright red. He grinned his toothy grin briefly before bringing his lips back to hers, in a sweet and tender kiss.
After a moment Hinata turned back around. Bringing a scroll back over hers and his legs and leaned into his arms.
Naruto sighed contentedly as he rested his head on her shoulder. "Merry Christmas." He muttered, a smile gracing his lips as his eyes slide shut.
"Merry Christmas, Naruto."
