"Daniel, no!"

"Come on, Jack. Please?" Sam had to laugh at the way Daniel said 'Jack'--his tone was so petulant and whiny.

"No! We are not toilet papering Hammond's house!" Jack put his hands firmly on his hips and glared at Daniel. Sam was standing behind them, so she got a great view of the two of them arguing.

"Haven't you ever wanted to toilet paper your CO's house before? We are never going to get a chance like this again." Daniel turned and gave Jack his best puppy dog eyes.

"Yes, there have been times that I have wanted to, but not Hammond." Jack started walking out of O'Malley's parking lot and heading for the base.

Sam decided it was time to put her two cents in. "You know, we are never going to get a chance like this again, and come on, it would be fun. Hammond is the only CO we could ever do this too, because he's the only one that would ever understand." Personally, Sam thought the idea was hilarious and couldn't keep herself from giggling at the image of General Hammond standing in his front lawn, looking at his toilet papered house.

"See, Jack! Even Sam thinks it's a good idea! There's a Target right there. Let's just stop, get some paper and we can have the house papered and be back on base in less than 10 minutes!"

Sam could see that Jack was about to give in. Daniel obviously saw the same thing, because without even waiting for Jack to say 'yes,' Daniel was already in and out of Target with the paper.

"Okay kids, we need a plan of attack. Daniel, you take the front trees. Sam you're on bushes. I'll do the actual house. Five minutes and we're out." Jack had stopped in a darkened area about three blocks from Hammond's house, as a staging area. They really were good at this stealth thing.

Daniel divided up the toilet paper rolls into bags and gave one to each of them.

"Five minutes. Go!"

Jack, Sam, and Daniel quickly ran down the street to Hammond's house. If anyone had been looking out their windows, Sam was pretty sure all they would have seen was blurs. They all halted when they reached Hammond's house. Jack looked to Sam and Daniel, as if double checking they really wanted to go through with this. When they both nodded he took off.

Sam wished they had a camera or some way to record the three of them. It must have been some sight, blurs of people and paper covering a house. All of the lights were off in the house so hopefully the General was either sleeping or at work. They were being quiet, but she didn't want to get caught.

She ran out of paper at the four minute mark so she ran back to the staging area. Less than 30 seconds later both Jack and Daniel were back.

Jack checked to make sure both Sam and Daniel were present before he started walking down the block. He was walking at a leisurely pace so they could have time to admire their work. Sam hadn't taken the time to check the other's handiwork while she was doing her own so when she finally saw the finished project it was mind boggling. So much white. Jack startled chuckling and Daniel snorted.

"Now, Jack, how about . . . "

"Daniel, no! Don't even finish that sentence."

"Come on Jack, just one . . . " Sam started giggling as they headed back to base. She had a feeling there was more mischief to be done before this night was over.
