Disclaimer: I don't own the 'Moon Riders' as I'm not Theresa Tomlinson unfortunately.

This is the scene where Kuspada and Myrina first make love in 'Voyage of the Snake Lady'. Pg 153 in the book.

My Argimpasa

Myrina was checking the fletchings of her arrows when Kuspada slowly entered her tent, a shy expression on his face. This puzzled Myrina as the 2 had become good friends and usually were not shy about anything.

"Is they're something the matter?" she asked as he sat beside her on her bed. He shook his head and took her arrow's from her hands, before gently holding her hands in his. "Kuspada?" But any further question's were cut off by his lips pressing against hers. Since Tomi she had not been with anyone, but Kuspada was different.

He let go of her hands and instead placed them on her thin waist. Her arms hooked around his neck with her wrist's crossing. He leaned forewords slightly, moving her so that she lay on the bed beneath him. Finally he broke off the kiss to allow them to breathe. Myrina gazed up at him, a smile on her lips as he leaned down for another kiss.

This time his hands moved up her sides to the lacings of the horse-hide top, carefully untying them and slipping the horse-hide off her lithe body. He pulled away from the kiss to admire what had been hidden from him for so long he started on the laces of her horse-hide shorts (not very Greek I know but it's the best way to describe them from the picture on the cover on the book!). Myrina felt her cheeks burn in slight embarrassment as he pulled those off, leaving her only in her arm band and necklace.

"You are so beautiful" Kuspada murmured as he leaned down and kissed the tanned skin on her shoulder. Myrina moaned, long forgotten feelings awakening inside her. Feeling's she had not felt since she and Tomi had made love before the great battle of Troy, and now Myrina remembered how much she liked these feeling's.

Myrina smiled brightly before rolling him over so she straddled his cheast and began to untie his shirt, revealing a well muscled cheast. She trailed the tip's of her finger's gently over the lean cheast while taking the tribal jewellery he wore off. She moved down and unlaced his legging's, watching his face as she pulled them down his legs.

"Myrina..." Kuspada groaned as he watched her, enjoying the feeling's he'd waited so long to feel. Aplia had been his wife and he had loved her for it, but they had never produced any children before she was killed. That thought still hurt him, that she had died while he was away trying to get more gold. But that was the past, Myrina was now.

Their love making was slow and passionate, soft moans and other sounds of delight issued from her tent but the other's gathered around the fire chose to ignore it to the best of their ability. Once the 2 were finished they lay contented under the fur blanket, entwined in each other's arms. They were nearly asleep when Kuspada spoke.

"Will you be my Argimpasa?" he whispered. "Will you bear new children to strengthen the bond that grows between the River People and the Moon Riders?"

Myrina laughed sleepily. "I am too old," she chuckled.

"No." His voice was warm. "Neither of us is too old. Will you be my Argimpasa?"

"Yes I will," she agreed before the 2 drifted off to sleep.

A/N There, I know it's short but there wasn't really much more you could down with that scene from the book without going graphic and I can't write graphic.
