New Years Eve 2008

New Years Eve was quickly coming to a close, bringing with it the end of a very eventful year and the beginning of the road that lay ahead in the new year.
The beginning of their relationship wasn't exactly smooth sailing what with Grace not knowing who to choose, Josh or Connor, and then Connor getting angry at Grace after she had told him that she loves Josh after almost dieing. Things were going good even excellent for Josh and Grace now.
Michael, Michael, Michael, still going after Stella and again still not getting anywhere.
Lawson, no one was really sure yet if he did in fact iron his undies or not, maybe the team would never find out, Well maybe Kerry, of whom their personality was starting to grown on the man, so maybe one day she would indeed find out.
Leon, still being a smartass while the team's out on patrol but that's never going to change.
Kerry, still drinking too much when she goes out and still drinking when she has a crap day. Hmmm maybe Lawson could change that someday...
Dom wasn't at the team's NYE party cause Sandrine wanted him to spend the night with her and Amber-Jade, not that he didn't try to convince Sandi to come to the party with their daughter.
As the 10 second countdown started Josh and Grace drifted off into their own little world.
EVERYONE: "10...9...8...7...6...5...4...3...2...1...HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!"
JOSH: "Happy New Year Grace."
GRACE:
"Happy New Year Josh."
Josh leaned down and captured Graces lips with his in a kiss.
Everyone else snuck up on the pair armed with party poppers and silly string.
EVERYONE: HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
They popped the party poppers and sprayed the silly string over the pair who had now pulled apart.
They all started laughing and the party continued on early into the morning.
