Hallelujah.

Harry sat in the middle of the Quidditch Pitch, thinking animatedly, yet completely silently and motionless. He had his arms wrapped around his legs loosely, and he was staring at one of the scoring Hoops.

Somehow everything's gonna fall right into place,

He didn't even flinch when a body came up behind him, softly put a hand on his shoulder, and sat next to him. Automatically, Harry put his head on the others shoulder.


If we only had a way to make it all fall faster everyday,

Draco looked down at Harry's head on his shoulder, meeting those brilliant green eyes he has come to love.


If only time flew like a dove,

"This year is dragging by much too slowly." Draco murmured, casually brushing a few stray hairs out of Harry's eyes.


Well God, make it fly faster than I'm falling in love,

"I'm glad it's going slowly. It's easier to stay in each other's company at school. It gives us more time together." Harry replied.

Draco sighed, "Yes I suppose you've got a point." He placed a chaste kiss on Harry's forehead.

This time we're not giving up,

"We can't give up out of school. Promise me that we will find a way to stay together." Harry whispered, lifting his head off Draco's shoulder and meeting those alluring grey eyes.


Let's make it last forever,

"I promise I will do everything I can to stay together with you Harry." Draco said deeply.


Screaming hallelujah,

"We'll be screaming hallelujah by the end of next year," Draco promised, "We'll be together and our families will accept us and love us."

"I know." Harry muttered, leaning in and capturing Draco's mouth with his own.

Draco took hold of the back of Harry's head, while Harry had fistfuls of Draco's hair in his hands, gently massaging every now and then.

Draco pushed Harry onto his back, and crawled on top of him in his dominant and usual position. He let Harry reclaim his mouth, lightly grinding his hips against Harry's.

Harry groaned into Draco's mouth and responded enthusiastically.

After a few minutes of intense kissing, they broke apart, and Draco lay down on the ground next to Harry.

Holding onto patience wearing thin,

"I'm tired of this relationship being a secret." Harry mumbled warily.


I can't force these eyes to see the end,

"I am too, love." Draco replied, staring at the everlasting stars, "But not everyone will accept us here. It will seem wrong in their eyes, and they won't understand. We have to wait until we're out of school."


If only time flew like a dove,

"Then I change my mind," Harry said, "I want this year to go faster."


We could watch it fly and just keep looking up,

"Soon." Draco replied, "It'll all be over soon."


This time we're not giving up,

"I love you Harry." Draco said, smiling.

"I love you too Draco." Harry replied, entwining his fingers in his lovers.

"We'll make it through until the end of the year." Draco assured Harry, "We'll make it, and everything will be okay."

"I believe you." Harry replied, before bringing Draco's hand to his lips and kissing it tenderly.
