DM The Missing AVL Papers
Everyone was so very tired tonight. They had been out to dinner with Antonio Perez for a double valentine's meal. It was a double date because Gru and Lucy were a couple as were Antonio and Margo who had surprisingly decided to give him another chance.
The girls were settling off to sleep when Gru said to his oldest daughter ''Remember Margo, its show and tell tomorrow, don't forgot to take something you want to show to your class and your teacher''. ''Don't worry, I won't'' Margo yawned rather sleepily. ''Lucy and I will remind you again in the morning'' Gru added before kissing her and the other two girls good night each on the head.
Early, the next morning, Gru and Lucy woke the girls who got dressed and then all three of them headed down the twisty stairs to breakfast. ''Don't forget your show and tell today, Margo'' Gru said as they were eating. ''Oh yeah'' Margo said, she noticed the shrink ray nearby.
''Oh please, please can I borrow the shrink ray?'' Margo begged Gru. ''Only if you're careful with what you use it on'' Gru replied ''Eet's not a toy, eet's a weapon and I don't think your teacher will like eet if you shrink anyone by mistake''.
Margo quickly put it into her school bag along with some pieces of paper which she didn't seem to have notice she'd picked up as they were right under the shrink ray. Little did Margo know that they were important AVL pieces of paper that Lucy would need to sort!
Gru and Lucy quickly walked the girls to school with Edith and Agnes being dropped off at Despicableburg elementary school and then heading off to the Despicableburg secondary section which was right next door to the elementary school just in time for the school bell to ring for lining up to go into class.
Having done the morning register, Margo's teacher, Mr Bond said it was time for show and tell. When it came to Margo's turn, she slowly opened her school bag and brought the massive shrink ray.
''Um this is my dad's shrink ray'' she said nervously ''It actually makes anything so much smaller than it was before. But according to his friend Dr Nerfario. The larger the mass of an object, the quicker the effects wear off''.
Mr Bond even gave Margo an old piece of scrap paper to demonstrate on. Afterward he said ''Thank you Margo, that was very impressive. I think you had the best something for show and tell today!''.
Meanwhile Lucy was in distress because she seemed to have lost something. ''I can't find my AVL papers!'' she panicked to Gru. ''Okay calm down Lucy'' Gru said to his stressed wife ''they can't have gone very far''. ''Oh I hope not'' Lucy sighed with a tone of serve anxiety in her voice.
But Lucy was about to be surprised when the girls came home from school. It was just when she was helping the girls unpack their school bags! ''My AVL papers! She exclaimed as she looked in Margo's school bag ''How did they get there?''. ''They must have been packed there by mistake'' Margo said in surprise. ''Well at least I found them now'' Lucy sighed a deep sigh of relief.
''How was school today girls?'' Gru asked, coming in ''And how was show and tell Margo?''. ''Great, Mr Bond said the shrink ray I brought in was the best one that day!''. 'Good'' Gru smiled, staring at the shrink ray himself. ''Dis shrink ray works wonders''.
