THE POLTERGEIST PHENOMENON
Kaguya growled and literally stood beside herself as she observed the entire scene. A hideous grimace had torn itself across her countenance, having twisted those cupid pink lips, which served as the first warning sign of a patience worn thin. She grunted and felt what was left of her cool slide out from between her clenched fingers. Her hands were balled into tight fists while her nails dug into the meat of her palms. Her knuckles turned bone white as her hands oozed red.
Why all this aggression?
Kazuma, her so called "current self", had done it yet again. He had made a complete fool of himself, only this time it was for the sake of a woman…again.
She stood there and listened as he gave his usual laugh, that same dumb, fake laugh that he disgraced himself with just about every time he opened his cakehole. His "shadow self" could only look on and silently demand for the answer as to WHY he always lowered himself, let alone put himself through this…shit.
The ice demon rewarded him with a simple smile, consciously choosing to remain relatively passive despite how awkward he made her feel. She granted the redhead to yack on for a few more insufferable moments, then bowed her head and excused herself. That's right. The demon left him there to fester in his own mess, while he in turn watched her walk away…rather quickly.
"Pblblblfffft…" Kaguya blew, and then was completely deadpanned as her eyes appeared hooded.
Of course, "lover-boy" just stood there like the lame sheep he had generally become.
Disgruntled, Kaguya muttered under her breath; "Something has to be done about this." She continued to observe him as he sustained there. Mind you, not that she had any choice. "…And he WILL listen to me this time. Oh, he will."
