Ash trades Tauros.
Ash Ketchum was at Oak's lab after the Alola league. However he was thinking of a new region while all his pokemon were around training. Ash saw 29 of his Tauros grazing and he actually wondered what would have happened if he made some trades to raise new Pokemon. After all he traded Buizel and Ash recalled all the great battles Buizel had been part off.
Oak walked out to Ash. Ash waved at the professor.
''Ash some trainers here want to know if you want to trade any of your Tauros?'' Oak said leading 3 young trainers to see Ash. Ash then saw the trainers holding a pokeball each.
''Mister your Tauros look strong so would you trade any of them?'' The young trainers asked Ash. Ash then said he wanted to keep one and the other 29 could be for trade.
The trainers lined up and offered Ash a Kadabra, Duskull and Sneasel. Ash gladly accepted as he had 0 psychic or ghost types and 2 dark and 1 Ice type. Ash then recalled 3 of his Tauros and traded to the young trainers. Ash got Sneasel first who was sent to meet Ash's team. After that it was Duskull and finally Kadabra. However when Ash sent the psychic type out it began to evolve.
Ash soon had an Alakazam too. Ash then sent the psychic pokemon off to see his team. Ash then heard Oak reading something. However it was about festivals in other regions. Ash had heard and seen some trade festivals much like the one in Pomplona. Ash decided to visit some of these if he could make any trades. His other Tauros had no battle experience so Ash got Oak to mark his strongest Tauros pokeball to make sure he kept the strongest one for himself and would make a mental note to raise it stronger. Ash also saw the two festivals were in Sinnoh and Unova. Ash had 26 Tauros left to trade as he wanted to keep one but had already made 3 decent trades. Ash decided to head to Sinnoh first. Ash packed some clothes and then took 5 Tauros to trade.
The flight to Sinnoh left a few hours later. Before Ash left he told his team to help Duskull, Alakazam and Sneasel in training.
Sinnoh
Ash was at the Jubilife city trade festival. There were hundreds of people many from different regions too. Well Ash walked around some streets looking at the trainers. However a trainer called out.
''Hi do you have a pokemon to trade?'' Ash turned and saw a trainer. He had a bright red Skorupi. Ash then showed one of his Tauros. The trainer wanted a normal type and Tauros was a good choice. Another trainer offered Ash a weird coloured Makuhita. This was another good choice. Ash went and followed the trainers to the trade machines. Soon Ash had Skorupi and Makuhita on his team. Ash then saw people offering an Eevee for another normal type. Ash also got a Skarmory in trade. Ash took this trade. But then Ash left to head to Unova and sent his pokemon to Oak's lab.
Unova
Ash had decided to trade many Tauros as they were not common in Unova. When Ash reached Unova he went to Juniper's lab. She welcomed Ash happily. Ash then told her where the event was. Juniper offered to drive Ash aswell.
A few hours later Ash had traded most of his tauros bar the strongest which was at Oak's lab. Ash now had a Pawniard, Deino, Solosis, Larvesta, Meinfoo, Audino, Tirtoga, Archen, Blitzle, Boufalant, Sawk, Throh, Golett, Dwebble, Alomamola, Druddigon, Axew, Durant, Emolga and Cubchoo.
Ash then decided to see what he could trade for in Kalos. So he hoped the ferry to the region after sending his new pokemon to Oak's lab. When Ash arrived in Kalos he went to the festival in Lumiose city.
Ash had 2 Tauros left. He decided to go only for the types he had the fewest of. Luckily for him the first trainer offered a Honedge which was a great trade in Ash's mind. The next trainer offered a Slurpuff which again helped by being a type he had little experience with which meant Ash now had one Tauros but 29 other pokemon to train. So he would be much stronger.
