Preseason- Sam is 10 and Dean is 14
Bobby takes the boys on a field trip
Sam and Dean patiently stood on the bank of the lake and let the cold, clear water lap playfully at their bare feet. The two kids' eyes widened with excitement as Bobby handed them each a worn fishing rod. Sam's line bobbed in the water only a few feet from shore as Dean tried to reclaim his after getting it caught in a low hanging branch. Within an hour or so, the two were fishing like pros and the older hunter couldn't help but lean back and smile at the boys he would have been proud to call his sons.
