"Who is that?" Flounder asked, trying to see the murky figure through the dark waters. "Is that a Heartless?" He asked alarmed. "Why no, silly, it looks like . . . Sora!" Ariel answered swimming foward to go see if it was really the brunette boy. "It is!" Flounder answered happily. "Sora!"

A single person can cause so much happiness.

"Hey, Ariel!" Sora responded happily as he swam over, hiding an object behind his back. "What have you got there?" Flounder and Ariel asked in unison, trying to catch a glance of the thing hidden behind his back. "Oh, it's a secret. You have to guess." Sora responded, grinning. "Oh, that's no fun!" Flounder protested. Ariel, however was determined to find out what it was.

"Is it, a . . . pearl necklace?" She questioned, studying his face cautiously so she could see if he gave any sign that she was right. "Uh, no." Sora shook his head, "Think outside the box. A necklace is too simple, isn't it?" The red haired mermaid nodded in agreement. "Yes, that's right." She finally concluded. "Well, I don't know . . . a sword?"

Not even close.

"Nope." Sora responded cheerfully, shaking his head. "Try again." Flounder and Ariel gazed at each other for a moment before the tiny fish finally decided to join in. "Is it a . . . ring?" Flounder guessed, knowing his answer was all too wrong. The spiky haired brunette shook his head again. "Nope. You guys are hardly trying!"

We are. It's just hard.

"Is it something from another World?" Ariel asked, suddenly gaining more interest on an object. "Maybe," Sora smiled. Ariel clapped her hands in delight and slowly began to circle the boy, who in turned moved his body so that she couldn't see. "Can't we just see it?" Ariel asked, giving him a pout that resembled his own. "I don't know . . . " Sora began smiling. "I might have too--"

"It's a box!" Flounder exclaimed as soon as the boy turned his back to him.

Crap.

"Flounder!" Sora whinned, now bringing the box into view. "Is that it?" Ariel questioned, now dissapointed. "Of course not." Sora answered and opened the box, revealing a girl in a beautiful dress dancing with a boy, with a tiny ballad coming from somewhere inside. They seemed too real, almost like a hologram. Of course, they were tiny statues, but the way they danced and their happy expressions made it seem true. "Wow, it's beautiful!" Ariel exclaimed, reaching out a hand to touch the statues.

"Yeah, it's from Traverse Town. My friend Gephetto made it. It's enchanted, which is why it seems real."

"That's real neat!" Flounder exclaimed.

"Yeah, I thought that since you couldn't go to other worlds, I'd bring a piece of one for you!" Sora handed the awed mermaid the box.

"It's for . . . me? Thank you!" Ariel cheered and dropped the box, making the small fish swim foward to catch it on his back. She swam over to the half-dolphin teen and hugged him. Sora however, struggled not to blush or say anything stupid. "You're welcome. And maybe someday, I can take you with me!"

Someday.
