~~I'm Coming Home~~ Mickie James watched out the window of her dream house. She thought she'd be spending Christmas with her fiance, but for the third year in a row that wasn't happening. It's not that he didn't want to be home because he really did. He was in the army and anything he could do to help out his country he would. Mickie sighed and closed the window. She laid down on the couch. She hoped that sleep would get him off her mind. Mickie closed her eyes. She was almost asleep when her phone started to ring.

~~Ring-Tone~~ Come away with me, in the night...~~ Mickie jumped off the couch and ran to her phone in the kitchen. She grabbed it and answered.

Mickie: Hello?

John: Hey, babe.

Mickie: Johnny! Hi!

John: Hey, angel. How's the weather?

Mickie: Really, John? You call to ask me how the weather is.

John: *chuckles* Alright, alright. You know me. How's my baby?

Mickie: Cold and lonely.

John: Aw, honey. I hate that you're all alone. Maybe there's a gift you forgot to open.

Mickie: ...and where would that gift be?

John: You should try looking under the table.

Mickie: Oo...

Mickie walked over to the table. She looked underneath it, but didn't see anything.

Mickie: John, there's nothing under there.

John: Keep looking, Micks.

Mickie looked again. This time she found a little card right underneath the table.

Mickie: There's a card under here.

John: What does it say?

Mickie: 'Look in the closet.'

John: So do that.

Mickie crawled out from under the table. She walked to the closet and opened the door. Right in front of her was a bouquet of roses with a card on them.

Mickie: 'Roses for my rose. Turn on the TV.'

John: You have a secret admirer, Micks.

Mickie: It sees like I do. *giggles*

Mickie walked to the TV and turned it on. A video started playing. When it was over there was a message.

Mickie: 'Go to the spare bedroom and look in the dresser.'

Mickie ran to the spare bedroom. She knew John had cooked this up, but she didn't know when or how. Whoever helped him was going to get lots of kisses and hugs from her though. Mickie looked in every drawer until she found the next note.

Mickie: I've found the next one!

John: *laughs* What does it say?

Mickie: 'There's a snowman outside with a note.' There's no snowman outside.

John: Are you sure?

Mickie: ...no...

Mickie ran back to the living room and grabbed her jacket and ran outside. There was a newly made snowman. Mickie smiled and ran over to it. She took the note from the scarf he was wearing.

Mickie: 'It's too cold to stay outside; come to the bedroom and warm yourself.'

Mickie heard the dial tone on the phone. She sighed and walked inside. She went to the bedroom like the card said to. The door was partially shut. Mickie pushed the door open. There were candles lit and the fireplace was going nice and strong. Mickie walked over to the fireplace and started to pull off her jacket. She felt an extra tug on it. Mickie slowly turned around, and what she saw made her break into tears.

Mickie: ...John...

John: Merry Christmas, angel. *smiles*

Mickie: *attacks John with a hug* Oh my...

John: Shhh, I'm right here, baby.

Mickie: How? When? Wh-

John kissed Mickie softly. Mickie melted in his arms. After a bit they pulled away for air, Mickie leaned her head on his shoulder.

John: Surprise?

Mickie: *laughs* Best Christmas present ever.

John: You still need to unwrap me. *winks*

Mickie stopped laughing and gave John a look.

John: ...Micks...

Mickie pushed John down onto the bed and started unwrapping her present.
