Ever since Sasuke had been training and joined Orochimaru, all he cared about was getting stronger to defeat his brother, Itachi. He never thought of anything else, not even the one person who loved him deeply.

After three years had passed, he was on a mission ordered by Orochimaru and met up with his old comrade, Sakura, the one who loved him the most. Again, she tried to bring him back to the village but failed. Now all he thought was 'Why did I leave her and made her suffer?'
I'm not supposed to wonder

Or what you do.
Seeing her face made him feel guilty but he couldn't help but think of her, wondering what's she's doing, if she's alright. He couldn't keep Sakura away from his mind.
I'm sorry, I can't help myself
'Cause I'm in love with you.
Sakura was driving him crazy. Sasuke didn't have a reason why he was acting the way he did. "Could I have fallen for Sakura?"
The answer was plain and simple, "Yes, I love you."
