Hey! This is my first attempt of A Sasusaku; this is how they should've met in my head. Like I mentioned Sakura may be a little OOC, just because I like how she turned out in my story I didn't change her! So get over it if you don't like it.
He was at the park, same time he's there everyday. Same park, same time, same sun, same him, But something was different this time. The park wasn't completely barren like normally, there was someone else there, and she was on his swing.
She didn't appear to notice his arrival in front of her, she only just sat there, silent as the environment that surrounded her, with her cherry pink hair just slumped around her.
"Hey."
Yep, she defiantly had heard him, and she slowly lifted her head, her pale green eyes meeting his dark black ones. But no verbal response.
Oh great a mute
"You're on my swing." He stated clearly, and to his surprise, she responded in a tiny voice.
"You live at the park?" She asked so quiet that if anyone else was there breathing you wouldn't be able to hear it.
"No."
"Well then how are you sure it's yours?"
"Nobody uses it but me."
"Oh… I see." Her face dropped, shoulders slumped, and she slowly stood, removing herself from the swing.
Once again he was surprised, he hadn't actually expected her to get off. He snapped back to reality as he noticed her slowly begin to trudge away, and for some unknown reason he panicked. (Well I'm pretty sure we know the reason, but try to keep in mind that he's still like 6, so he hasn't gone through that class yet. Lucky kid)
"Wait!"
She stopped.
"You can use it, there are a lot more swings here for me, stay."
What is wrong with me? Why didn't I just let her walk away? Why should I care if she leaves? I couldn't feel bad about making her get off!
(Just for all you readers, this is stage 1, Denial)
The girl slowly turned around, revealing the shocked expression on her face.
"Y-you're sure?) she stuttered.
"Yeah its fine, come back." He blurted out.
I did it again!
Then her still shocked expression slowly, but defiantly noticeably melted into a calmer and happier one.
She smiled.
She's smiling? No, she's smiling at me? Did it really mean that much to her?
"Thank you." She quietly stated as she hopped back onto the swing, her legs slowly beginning to rock back and fourth as he took the next swing over. She didn't seem to notice him staring at her intently, as if he was waiting for something to happen.
Noticing he was holding his breath, longer then he thought possible, he quickly let it all out at once, accidentally forming words.
"I'm Sasuke."
What was that?
She turned her head to face him, brushing her cherry blossom hair out of her eyes, her face going from thoughtfulness, back into that cute smile.
"I'm Sakura."
Well? How did you like it? Please R&R, and all flamers welcome, I need the brutal opinions, and suggestions would be nice! I LOVE YOU ALL!
