Dry Bowser watched as Captain Toad was collecting various gems around the Grumble Volcano, the bony reptile sighing as he had his skeletal arms folded together. Captain Toad noticed this, approaching him as he tilted his head to the right, curious.

"Hey mister Dry Bowser Bones sir, why do you look so down?" Captain Toad asked after putting away the bright pink jewel he had in his hands.

Dry Bowser just rolled his eyes at the mushroom explorer. "Well, I can't help but feel sorry for you. A young mushroom kid like you that can't jump."

Captain Toad blinked as she shook his head. "Oh, I don't feel I'm held back by that. After all, my backpack is full of treasures!"

"Treasure hunts... I used to do them years ago." Dry Bowser explained as he tilted his bony head back. "It's been so long... I'm not sure if I have any spark in me left to actually bother with doing anymore..."

Captain Toad shrugged as he smiled. "Maybe... it's because you haven't done anything for so long, you feel inclined to shut it out of your life."

"...How did you become so thoughtful?" Dry Bowser questioned as he squinted his eyes.

Captain Toad paused for a moment as he felt a rumble in his stomach, chuckling in an embarrassed tone. "Well, when you get to adventuring like I do-"

Dry Bowser sighed in annoyance as the next two minutes was just Captain Toad farting. Which clearly set something off as the gassy mushroom boy was suddenly snatched in the air by King Boo, who cackled.

"Bah! Haha! Let's see how you enjoy being in the air, backpack boy!" King Boo taunted, with Captain Toad screaming in fright.

Dry Bowser sighed in annoyance as he planted his right hand on his face. "You have got to be kidding me..."
