Upside Down

Request: Mello/Matt - Spiderman Kiss. Mello orders Matt to break into a hotel room, on the pretense that it is about Kira. But what happens when Matt falls into a trap? A fic done for my Death Note Meme. Link in my profile.

Matt didn't understand why he followed Mello's orders half the time. ...well, more like most of the time. Whenever Matt did what Mello asked, Matt somehow, always got in some sort of trouble. Even more so now since they weren't confined to the rules of Whammy's House.

Mello had tossed him a ski mask to cover his face, muttering something about Kira. Matt didn't believe a word of it but put on the mask anyway.

Now, Matt was sneaking into some hotel suite for Mello, clad in black with the ski mask covering his face. When he finished picking the lock, he stepped into the room cautiously.

Apparently, not cautiously enough because after few steps, Matt felt a rope tighten around one of his feet and pull him into the air.

He bit back the scream of surprise and hung upside down quietly for a moment, having a hard time thinking with all this blood rushing to his head.

His thoughts were among the lines of when he got out of this, he'd kill Mello, but before he could plan anything too elaborate, he felt someone start to peel off his ski mask.

He cursed mentally, but was confused when the person stopped pulling the mask at his nose and began kissing him.

He tried to protest before he felt a familiar tongue and tasted a familiar taste of chocolate. He started to kiss back, but the moment he did, the pair of lips that were molded to his moved away.

The lights flicked on causing Matt to cringe. When he reopened his eyes, he saw Mello starting to untie him.

Matt didn't have to time to prepare himself before he went tumbling to the ground. "Oof!" Matt yelped as he hit the ground.

Mello held a hand out to him. "C'mon, we only have the hotel room for the night," Mello stated as he pulled Matt up from the ground like he wasn't the one who had sent him crashing to the ground in the first place.

Matt was about to protest, but figured what the hell. Mello went to all the trouble to get him here, might as well relax since Mello didn't have a gun pointed at him for slacking off.

They left the living room of the suite, moving to bedroom and slamming the door behind them.
