A/N: I've been fangirling over this pairing for a while now...so i decided to write a fanfic :3 I hope I got them in character...I've never written Hayner or Seifer before...

"Seifer?"
"Ugh…what?"
"You awake?"
Seifer pushed himself up on his side, twisting his upper body back to stare at Hayner with half-lidded, tired eyes and a cocked eyebrow. "Duh."
Hayner rolled his eyes and smacked Seifer on the shoulder. "I was just making sure."
"Of what? That I was sleeping until you woke me up? Jesus, Hayner…" Seifer groaned, rubbing his eyes. Hayner puffed out his cheeks and resisted the urge to smack Seifer again but harder.
"Well you talk in your sleep! I was just making sure that you weren't sleep-talking, you big…big…gah!" Hayner argued, clutching his head at his last word. Seifer cringed at the loudness of Hayner's voice and glared at him more past the blond strands that swept over his eyes.
"You can never come up with a good comeback, can you blondie?"
"Shut up!"
"Whatever. I'm going back to sleep now."
"No, wait!" Hayner shouted, shaking Seifer's shoulder. "I need to ask you something, you dope!"
Seifer growled and sat up, pausing a few times to grunt. "What?"
Hayner blushed and sat up straighter on his knees. "Are we gonna tell everyone about us?" he asked bluntly, cocking his head to the side with a raised eyebrow. Seifer blinked tiredly at him.
"…That's it?"
"Well…yeah."
"…Good god, I'm going back to sleep." Seifer stated, sliding back onto his side and curling up, the covers being yanked in his direction.
"Hey!" Hayner whined loudly, pulling on the covers. "You didn't answer my question, dipshit!"
Seifer groaned again. When was this kid going to shut up?! "Sure. Whatever. Let. Me. Sleep." he ground out, tensing up. Hayner froze, staring down at Seifer.
"…Seriously?"
"Sure."
"….Really?"
"Yes."
"…Posi—"
"HAYNER!! Shut up and go back to sleep!!"
Hayner glared down at Seifer, but stayed quiet. Violently he shifted beneath the covers yet again and tugged them over on his side with a huff, tearing most of them away from Seifer.
"Good night." he said stiffly. Seifer, too sleepy to care, kicked his foot back to knock against Hayner's.
"'Night, twerp."
