Agent Seeley Booth sat in his office with routine paperwork in front of him. The agent had not cleaned him office, which had slowly been gaining a steady army of coffee cups. Booth creased his eyebrows in concentration at his paperwork. Is this getting more difficult or have I been doing this for way too long?
From outside his office the Chief neared followed by a young woman looking around to the offices around her. The Chief knocked on Booths door before entering while guiding the girl with him. Booth looked at the girl with a raised eyebrow before turning to the chief.
"Booth," the Chief began, "remember how I mentioned the possibility of interns?"
Booth nodded in remembrance, "Yeah?"
"Well here's your intern. I'll leave you two to get acquainted."
The Chief quickly walked out trying to avoid Booths complains. The girl and the agent looked at each other uncomfortably. Both not knowing how to act or say. Booth looked the girl over, trying to get a read off her.
The girl seemed an average '5"7 height. With a brunette bob cut and a round face, her dull green eyes complimented her semi childish complexion. She shifted her weight settling her hands into her back pockets. She seemed a bit awkward just standing in the middle of the office. But if she wanted that to change, she made no move to do so.
"So, uhm," Booth cleared his throat. "Take a seat… what's your name?"
The girl slid herself into one of his chairs. "It's Beatrice, Beatrice Taylor."
Booth nodded. She seemed nice enough. "Well, I'm not currently working on a case so why don't I just introduce you to some people. Would that be okay?" Beatrice nodded with a small smile. Booth clapped once and stood up, headed towards the door.
This is only a an intro but what do you think? I'm planning on making this a Sweets story, NOT FOR DAISY LOVERS.
Should I keep going with this?
