Totally fell in love with Lolliver about a week ago and now I can't get enough of them. So I was listening to the Where the Wild Things Are soundtrack, and as I listened to 'Rumpus' an idea popped into my head. What if Lilly and Oliver were having a happy day at the beach? But then the song 'Worried Shoes' started playing and then I had to add a bit of drama. After that 'Hideaway' came on and it seemed like a quiet ending under the stars would work. Hope you enjoy!

... ... ...

If someone had looked out at the beach late one afternoon, toward a secluded spot far away from tourists and locals, they might have seen a couple.

One a girl, her honey colored hair streaming behind her as she twirled about. She laughed as she skipped and jumped around in the soft sand, and screeched when waves crashed against her bare feet.

The other was a boy, his dark hair swished to its usually perfection. He trailed a bit behind her, content to watch her merriment. He grinned widely at his girlfriend as she danced all over the beach just like she had when they were little.

She started to cartwheel down the beach but stopped abruptly when she tilted head first into the sand.

The boy immediately sprang into action. Within seconds he was at her side, pulling her up from the sand. He sat and placed her head in his lap.

"Lils?" he asked a quietly, "You okay?"

For what seemed like an eternity, there was no response from Lilly.

Just as Oliver was about to dial 911, Lilly's ocean blue eyes opened slowly.

Her boyfriend breathed a sigh of relief, "Oh thank God you're okay Lilly, I was so worried," he whispered.

She lifted her hand to stroke his cheek, then replied, "Thank you Ollie. But take off your worried shoes. I'm alright."

Oliver smiled and helped Lilly sit up. The two stayed silent for a while, admiring the setting sun's orange and gold rays as it sunk into the clear blue water.

Suddenly, as the first stars appeared, Lilly stood and held out her hands to help Oliver up.

"Dance with me under the stars," she murmured.

He only smiled, wrapping his strong arms around her waist. Her head fit perfectly between his chin and neck, resting on his shoulder. They held each other as they swayed underneath the moon and the stars.

Lilly looked up at him, a grin tugging at the corners of her mouth.

Oliver smiled down at her, before leaning in to press his lips to hers.

Yes, if someone had looked out by the ocean just after the sunset, they would have witnessed the most searing, passionate kiss ever shared by two teens.

But no one could have felt the fluttering in their chests that were their beating hearts, ready to burst with love. Or experienced the dizzying sensation of needing air, but not willing to let go just yet.

Except the two that shared it all.

The kiss.

The dizziness.

The utter, complete, and unwavering love.
