Give Love A Try
Everyone was in the gym waiting for the talent show to begin. Fiona Coyne sat in front of the stage with her best friend, Holly J. and her twin brother, Declan sat beside her. Meanwhile, behind the curtain Adam Torres, and his two best friends, Eli Goldsworth, and Clare Edwards stood beside him as he talked to the talent show director to get a slot for last minutes sign ups.
Signing loudly, Ms. Camel looked at her three students, " Don't let me regret this Mr. Torres, Goldsworth, and Ms. Edwards. Go warm up, you're on last. Now excuse me I have a show to run."
Adam smiled and said, "Thank you. Ms. Camel." As she turned around and walk out on to the stage to address the other students, while the other students who had signed up for the talent contest. One after another walked on the stage and did their thing. Then soon it was time for Adam, Eli and Clare.
"For a last minute sign up, please give a warm welcome too Mr. Adam Torres, Eli Goldsworth, and Ms. Clare Edwards."
Fiona, Holly J, and Declan mouths dropped open when they saw Adam walked out on to the stage holding an acoustic guitar as well as Eli. While Clare was holding those raddle things.
From somewhere in the audience his mother, father and step brother, Drew was looking in awe of him.
Adam looked around to see if he could see her, as in her, Fiona Coyne. The girl who had stoled his heart, and soul with just one single smile.
Clearing his throat, when he spotted her in the front of the stage….two single thoughts came to mind…perfect, and beautiful.
"I wrote this song for someone, for someone who means the world to me. And I hope she's listening to the words. This…This is for you Fiona." Adam said while keeping his eyes looked on Fiona's.
Adam began to play his guitar, and soon Eli joined in as well as Clare. Taking a step forward Adam began to sing.

Fiona smiled and stood up while keeping her eyes locked on to Adam's while she walked up to the stage. Riley, and Drew stood up and helped Fiona up on the stage.
