I know I have an especially morbid way of writing, and this is not well written... Before the death of Larxene, but after the death of Vexen (obviously). How Larxene's rage...well, just keep reading. If you don't like it, I respect your opinion, because i love Axel too, and I write about my fears for the most part, but no need to be rude. Seriously.

Axel stepped from the portal, a stolen lexicon in his hand. He acted if nothing really serious had happened. To him, nothing really had, he was just following orders.

"You loathsome murderer!" screeched Larxene behind him. Axel turned to face her, looking at her unpleasantly.

"You don't need to call names."

"Oh, there is need. You would go to lengths to kill one of your brethren?"

Axel began to steam. "Brethren? I ally with those who..."

"Who best benefit you! You're selfish!"

"No, I'm just following orders." He turned and began to walk away.

"You were against us the entire time, weren't you?" she ran up to him and stopped him abruptly. "Weren't you!? Saix told you to kill Vexen, didn't he, and you did it!"

"Yes, I did. For purposes of my own. Not exactly because Saix willed it."

Larxene let out an angry wail. Her knives shimmered as her anger boiled. "You traitor!" One chakram appeared in Axel's hand, but before anything could be done, the lexicon fell from Axel's hands and Larxene's knife was between his ribs. Larxene disappeared.

Blood oozed from the wound and through his coat. He looked down at it as he slipped to the floor. Luckily for him, Roxas was there to RTC and ran to Axel's aid. He caught Axel just in time. "Why didn't you defend yourself?!"

"R...Roxas?" Axel moaned. Roxas set Axel on his back gently. He saw the metallic knife sticking out of Axel's chest.

"Sorry, Axel. This is gonna hurt a little." Roxas wrapped his right hand around the knife and steadied himself with the left and pulled up sharply. The knife came loose with a sickening gush and a groan of pain. Roxas ripped off Axel's cloak and saw the damage the knife inflicted. Blood was pouring out of an incision between the middle ribs in Axel's left side. Roxas tried desperately to stop the bleeding by putting pressure on the wound. "Stay with me, Axel." he said as Axels eyes closed.

Xion's shadow danced on the wall as she walked toward them. "Xion, help!" Roxas cried, "Axel's been attacked!" She ran off to get help, but help never came.

"It's too late." said Roxas, tears streaming down his face, "I've tried everything. The knives shocked him. I don't think he's gonna make it."

Axel's breathing was shallow. The bleeding had finally stopped, but he already lost too much.

"No, Axel!" said Roxas, very upset, tears choking his language. Xion remained silent. This was the end.

Then Saix's shadow bent on the wall. He saw the horrific scene and took it with in a stoic manner. "What happened here?"

Xion and Roxas' faces brightened as they turned to face him. Help had come. Unwillingly on Saix's part, but it was there. They looked back at Axel who had fallen unconscious with a grin on his pallid face. He knew Saix was there, and that he may have another day left to fight for his best friend.
