Scene 1, Act 1

(Large classroom, students talking to one another. Teacher sitting at front desk ignoring students. Chantel Johnson is sitting 4th row back 2nd row over. Milo Carter is sitting next to her. They are passing a note and Chantel's smile grows bigger. She takes out her cell phone and texts someone. The bell rings; she gathers her stuff and smiles at Milo. She presses a button on her phone and speed dials her BFF's number.)

Shania Urie-Hey, what's up?

Chantel- OMG, You will not believe who I met today!

Shania- Who?

Chantel-Only the cutest senior ever!!

Shania-I don't believe you! What's his name?

Chantel- His name is Milo.

Shania- What does he look like?

Chantel- Well, he is tall, has dark brown hair, and braces. But the best part is his eyes. They are electric blue, just like Zac Effron's.

(Both sigh dreamily)

Shania- I hate to burst your bubble, but you know your parents would absolutely kill you if you hooked up with a senior. They would probably kill him too.

Chantel- I know, but, he is just sooo hot!!

Shania- Well call me after school, we will talk about it later. Remember, I want to know every, single detail of what happened, big or little.

Chantel- I will call you right after 6th period is let out, ok?

Shania- Ok talk to ya later. Bye!

Chantel- Bye-bye!

(Chantel drops her phone into her bag and rushes up to another one of her best friends, Jennifer Lang)

Chantel- OMG!! I talked to the cutest senior ever today!

Jennifer- No way! A senior?

Chantel- Yeah, I know. I found out he is in my 3rd period class as well as my 5th period math class!

Jennifer- You are so lucky! I want a guy to notice me. A senior though? Wow!

Chantel- We will talk about this later. I have to get to my 6th period class before my teacher has a cow!

Jennifer-Ok, but tell me everything later, kay?

Chantel- Trust me, you know I will tell you everything! Alright, bye.

(Jennifer walks into her class. Chantel rushes to her class and slides into her seat next to Marissa just before the bell rings.)

Chantel- Hey, Rissa.

Marissa- Well, you look happy. What's up Chantel?

Chantel- I met a really hot senior today in math class.

Marissa- Ooooohhh, I must know all the details! First of all, what is his name?

Chantel- His name is Milo.

Marissa- What does he look like?

Chantel- Well, he is tall, has dark brown hair, and braces. But the best part is his eyes. They are electric blue. They remind me of Zac Effron's eyes.

Marissa- So, what did he say?

Chantel- Well, he passed me a note saying hi, so obviously I wrote down hi and sent the note back over. He told me his name was Milo, so I told him what me was and I asked what grade he was in. When I found out he was a senior, I almost fainted. I mean, a senior hottie, talking to me, a little freshman?(giggles)

Marissa- So, what happened next?

Chantel- Then we discussed different things like which bands ruled and what movies we liked. I, mean we have soo much in common, it is scary, yet really awesome.

Marissa- That sounds pretty cool.

Chantel- I haven't even mentioned the best part yet. He asked me if I was going to the Homecoming Dance!

Mr. Green-Girls, read!!

(The two girls giggle and go back to reading. The lights dim and the scene fades)
