"That was bullshit," Foreman stated, as he entered the conference room and dropping into a chair. The cup of coffee he had abandoned earlier was brought to his lips while he blatantly ignored the fact that it had turned cold since he last drank from it. "Someone, somewhere, is having a good laugh at us right now, I guarantee it."

"You mean besides House?" Chase questioned as he settled himself across from Foreman, picking up the crossword that had been tossed aside that morning. "He seemed pretty damn amused when he told us the news."

Foreman scowled. "Don't even remind me. Frankly, I think he knew the whole time, he just wanted to screw with us."

Cameron groaned, coming to sit next to him. "Can we just drop the whole subject? Y'know, forget the whole thing ever even took place?"

"We can try," Chase started, nibbling on the cap of his pen. "But I doubt House is going to let us forget this one."

Foreman sighed, knowing that he was probably right. "Let's just revel in the temporary peace then? At least it would be better than sitting here bitching."

Chase nodded, "I still can't believe it though, the one time none of us think it's Lupus…"
