Memories

Today, he had gotten out of bed later than most. He never had the time to sleep as much as he liked. His work was consuming, so he enjoyed what little free time he had by sleeping. He couldn't sleep the whole day away, so he decided to go for a walk

Tiredly, the bomber stepped out of his house. He hadn't been in Namimori for quite some time now. He wandered around the familiar streets with no particular aim. He had missed this town. Feeling nostalgic, he walked towards Nami-Middle. Here, he had met the Tenth and the other Guardians. He smiled inwardly as he passed the school; it held many fond memories.

He walked his old route toward the Shopping District. He didn't see any familiar faces and that troubled him. It had actually been troubling him for awhile now.

He sighed as he found himself heading toward the park. He reminisced about the summers they would come here to watch fireworks. That annoying woman would cling to Tenth and the cow would prance around. An idiot would laugh beside him, while another would yell.

He would never admit it out loud, but he missed his youth. He missed his younger days when everyone was around. Although they were all annoying, he still considered them to be his friends.

He sat on a wooden bench and threw his head back. Staring up at the sky, he wondered where time had gone.
