The Contest
This had been going on for 3 minutes. No one moved. Sesshomaru stared into the eyes of his opponent. 'She's good...' he thought, 'But I'm better.' He stared at her with even colder eyes.
Jaken looked at them with disbelief. Then, without warning, the girl's eyes got big and wide. 'Oh no...Not the puppy dog eyes!' Sesshomaru couldn't stand much of it any longer. 'Clever...She's using my weakness against me. I have taught her well.'
He tried to give her a colder look, but he couldn't do it. Instead he gave her a slight smile.
"HA! I BEAT YOU!" his opponent shouted. But he couldn't help it...
Rin always was good at the staring contest.
