It is hours later that they all finally leave him alone, after he was brought back to the hospital which was followed by excessive tests and confusion.
His wife had finally returned home, and he was sure that he wasn't supposed to feel such relief to see her disappear from sight. It was a whole other thing with the woman who saved him.
He found himself wishing that it would have been her, that if he had to be married it would be to her. As he thought back at the hazy image of opening his eyes and seeing her smile down at him, telling him that everything was going to be ok, and looking into her eyes he couldn't do anything but believe her.
He might not know who he was, or what was going on around him, but what he knew deep down, was that when she was there with him everything just felt... right.
