Elizabeth is at the start of holiday in a secluded Sicilian villa. She has gone there to forget about a recent traumatic event. William is her rich neighbour who is also there to forget his past. Despite a sour start, sparks fly as they begin the holiday romance whilst maintain anonymity to their true identities back home. T rating maybe M later. Modern, HEA, Angst, WIP

Prologue 26 June 2006

I, Caggie Bingley, hereby agree to enter a marriage with Fitzwilliam Matthew Darcy, on the understanding both of us will be checked for any fertility problems beforehand. As soon as a successful paternity test is complete, and the heir is recognised as a Darcy, a lump sum of ten million pounds, and a monthly allowance of 100,000 pounds will be granted to me. I agree to remain married until the heir, or any subsequent child is at a minimum of five years old, whereupon the marriage will be dissolved, and the monthly allowance will cease. Upon the finalisation of the divorce, I will be paid an additional five million pounds on the understanding that I am to give up custody of the heir, and have no further claim to monies or assets in the Darcy name. I understand I will be given visitation rights to the child, which will be agreed upon once the child is born.

If no such heir exists by the time the five years is over, the marriage will be dissolved, and I will be paid a simple lump sum of five million pounds, and will hold no further claim to monies, or assets, under the Darcy name.

During the marriage, I understand I must not enter any other sexual liaisons apart from Fitzwilliam Darcy, and must not use any forms of contraceptive. Upon the discovery that either of these two conditions has been broken, I understand the agreement will end immediately. The marriage will be dissolved as quickly as possible, and I will forfeit any lump sum, or monthly allowance, that I might have been otherwise entitled to.

I agree that at no such time will I disclose the contents of this agreement to anyone other than my legal team.
