Jesse Pinkman woke up in the random car he had stolen the day before. He was finally free. After months of being held captive, he had been freed by Mr. White. He still didn't quite know what to make of the situation that went down the night before. One minute, he was working on a batch. The next, he's in a room with Mr. White and Todd and Jack and the rest.
Mr. White, after a bit of talking to Jack, tackled him to the ground. Seconds later, gunshots rang out. All of the men in the compound were dead except Jesse, Todd, and Mr. White. Jesse used the chains around his hands to choke Todd to death. Mr. White fired a gun at Jack. Mr. White then prodded Jesse, more or less asking to be killed. Jesse yelled, and eventually decided to let the rat bastard who had caused him so much pain to do it himself.
Jesse walked outside, for a few moments just enjoying his freedom. Eventually, Mr. White came out, talking on a cell phone. After Mr. White hung up the phone, the two shared what was surely to be a final look. So much passed between them in that look. From Chemistry class years ago to all the cooks they did together in the RV, Tuco, all the deaths, Mr. White's crazy brother-in-law, too much much more. The two both did a slight nod, then Jesse got in the nearest car and drove off.
As he crashed through the gate, Jesse couldn't help but let out a scream of victory. He was FREE. He had been kept as a slave, cooking the meth that had made him and Mr. White famous. Blue Sky. Purest meth on the market. Eventually, however, Jesse's thoughts drifted to his next move. What exactly was he going to do. He had no money, only a certain amount of gas in the tank, and no way of communicating anyone. Then, he thought of it. "Saul! He'll know exactly what to do."
Jesse stopped at the nearest payphone he could find. He dialed Saul's number, only to get a tone he had dreaded to hear, followed by that creepy automated voice on all the phones say "The number you are trying to call has been disconnected." He then dialed up the only other option.
"Yo, brother, haven't heard from you in a long time. That Mr. White was around here the other day, though. Don't know.." said the voice on the other end before Jesse interrupted. "Yeah, yeah, Petey, I'm sure he has. Listen, I need to crash at your place. But on the down low. Nobody can know. Not even Badger, okay man?" Jesse finished up. "Yeah, sure thing, bro. See you soon." Skinny Pete hung up the phone. He was happy to have heard from Jesse, him and Badger had been getting worried about him.
