This is the tale of forbidden love between Jake (a teacher) and Haley (his student) and the consequences they face for giving in to that love. Based on the video by crimsonredmagic. Chapter 1

"Well well well, now look who it is. Back in Tree Hill again, are you?" Jake heard from behind him. He turned around in the gym and there was Nathan.

"Hey man! Good to see you!" Jake said.

"So really man, what you doing back here?" Nathan asked him.

"I got offered a teaching job at the high school." Jake replied.

"You? Teaching? That's something that I never expected." Nathan laughed.

"Okay. Laugh it off. I'm going to be the head of the music program there."Jake said.

"Oh really? That's pretty cool. Maybe I'll see you around. I'm the coach up there." Nathan said.

"Wow, I should of known that." Jake laughs. "So how is Rachel doing?" He asks.

"She's doing really good. I mean the pregnancy is hard on her but she's making it. Only two more months and I get to see my little boy. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am about this." Nathan replied.

"That's wonderful. Well I better get going. Don't want to be late for class you know." Jake winked.

"Okay, see ya later. Good luck." Nathan laughed as Jake walked away.

Both Haley and Brooke walked into the classroom and sat down in their usual seats. "Well, I heard that we have a new teacher. Do you think he's hot?" Brooke asked.

"Brooke!" Haley swated her hand. "You know we can't talk about teachers like that!" Haley spoke.

"Oh really? Who cares about that stupid law? It's always nice to have a little one on one time with the teacher if you know what I mean." Brooke winked at her.

"Brooke..." Haley rolled her eyes into the most gorgeous man walked through the room. She never saw him before. Was he new? Or what was going on? She nudged Brooke. "Brooke, who's that guy?" Haley asked her.

"Hmm...I don't know. Maybe he's new or something." Brooke said as the man walked up to the desk. "Oh no, I think he might be our teacher." She nudged Haley. "I told you he was hot!" Brooke smiled.

"Brooke, shss..." Haley whispered as the teacher spoke up.

"Hello everyone. My name is Jake Jagelski and I am your new teacher starting today. I'm not with the whole formal thing so you can just call me Jake if you want." Jake laughed. "Okay, let's get started with this whole attendence thing." He spoke.

"Stacy Atwood." He says as a hand goes up.

"Brian Cook." He said as another hand goes up.

"Brooke Davis." He spoke as Brooke puts her hand up. He contined for a little while till he got to one particular name that was really present to him.

"Haley James." He spoke as he looked up and locked eyes with Haley. Oh Boy, this was not good, Jake thought.

"Here." She spoke as she locked eyes with him. His eyes were so beautiful. Haley thought. Oh Shoot! No, don't start thinking about a teacher. Finally, Jake got the nerve to break their eyes away from each other. This was going to be a long class..., Haley thought.
