Chapter 1: Here comes trouble

Shadow's POV

"Hey Shadow"

Oh no! It was Serenity, my ex-BFF. She has long midnight blue hair while I have shoulder length black hair.

"What do you want Serenity?" I asked clearly upset

"Oh nothing, just came to see you on the first day of April," she said innocently and continued, "Oh yea, I forgot to tell you. You left your diary at my house when we had our last sleepover."

I gasped, shut my locker and turned around to face her. She smirked and said, "Don't worry, you'll see it tomorrow." I swear that girl is pure evil .

She posted it on her blog. All day everyone was whispering about me and all my secrets. I wrote EVERYTHING in that book. Now everyone knows about my crush on Will, the school's current hottie. I even wrote about my parent's divorce. Even my other best friend Jaylena dieing in a car accident.

After 3rd period, I walked into the cafeteria to get my lunch. As soon as I stepped in, the room exploded with laughter. I felt my cheeks burn and I quickly paid for my lunch.

Then I went inside a janitor's closet. Let me explain: half of the space there, in front of the door, I put the mops and brooms and all the other cleaning utensils. Then I nailed wood on the other side of it, creating a secret room for me to put my personal books including my ancient Greece books and books on Death and, up until today, my diary. So I sat their crying after I ate my lunch. My life was officially ruined. I wonder what I did wrong to have a horrible life first my dad and step mom get a divorce, then my best friend dies and now Serenity posts my diary on her blog. I am so lucky Will left for the month because we wont be friends if he knew I had a crush on him. I am officially hating my life.
