Lovers Past

Once a very long time ago, there was a kingdom. The kingdom was ruled by a kind king and queen. One day, the queen became pregnant. Everyone was happy. The queen gave birth to a beautiful little girl. She had red hair and eyes. They named her Karin. But the queen was not strong enough to live. Devastated, the king swore to protect and give Karin everything she wanted. As the years went on, Karin became cruel and evil, getting everything she wanted. But there was one thing she wanted most of all. She wanted on of the knights that worked for her family. He was a strong and handsome man. He had raven hair and black eyes. His skin was fair and he was tall. He was Sasuke. She wanted and desired him more than anything. But he did not want her. He ignored her, and didn't take anything she gave him. Then one day, he was send into town to collect his sword that was broken during practice. He went through the forest as a shortcut to town. There is were he met her. There is were he met Sakura. She had long pink hair and emerald eyes. She was small and fair. After that meeting, he and Sakura began to see each other. At first they became really good friends and later lovers. They were both very happy and content. But soon Karin found out of their love. Enraged, Karin had Sakura brought to the castle. She then had Sasuke come and ordered him to kill Sakura. Sasuke could not do it. He could not kill the love of his life.

"kill her sasuke. If you don't, I will." Said Karin.

Sasuke didn't know what to do. If he killed her, she would die. If he didn't, she would die. Sasuke then looked at his love. The moment he looked into her eyes, he knew what to do. He pulled his sword for his waist, and began to walking to her. Karin was happy and excited. He would kill her and then he would become hers. Sakura looked into her lovers eyes. She wasn't afraid. If she was to die by his hand, then so be it. He came closer to her. He put his sword behind her back. They looked each other in the eyes.

"Sakura, I love you."

She looked at him surprised. She felt tears in her eyes. Even though they loved each other and he showed her how much he never told her those words. He looked into her eyes and the love and happiness that they showed. She smiled.

"I love you too, Sasuke."

He smiled and kissed her. Then as they kissed, he plunged his sword though her and himself. They died holding each other. After the king found out what happened, he locked Karin in the dungeon. They say she went mad and killed herself. They say if you listen close enough you can still hear her screams.

The lovers were buried together. To spend eternity together. Of course, if love is strong, it is said to be stronger than death itself.

500 years later.

A girl with pink hair and emerald eyes was running down the side walk.

'oh no I can't believe I stayed that long in the library. My mom is going to be so mad.' She thought.

When she got home. She saw a moving truck and her mother talking to some people.

"Sakura come over here and say hello to our new neighbors." She walked over to them.

"this is Fugaku Uchiha and his wife Mikoto Uchiha." Said her mother.

"it's a pleasure to meet you." Said sakura.

"the pleasure is ours. We have a son about your age. Here he comes." Said Mikoto.

Then came a boy. He had raven hair and black eyes. he came up to the family.

"Sasuke say hello."

He and Sakura then locked eyes. they didn't know why but they felt like they knew each other. Sakura smiled and extended her hand.

"I'm Sakura."

Sasuke smirked and took her hand in his.

"I'm Sasuke."
