Wizards' rules and information about nekos:
I. Only straight and/or submissive females and submissive males can become/be born a neko.
II. Nekos can only be killed with gold.
III. When a neko is rescued they instantly bond and mate with the rescuer.
IV. Nekos can only have one mate a lifetime but multiple masters.
V. If the master and/or mate refuses/pushes away a neko their master's bond is broken.
VI. Only naturally born nekos can turn people by scratching them.
VII. All nekos must wear a collar at all time when in public.
VIII. Any provocative touch from anyone but the neko's mate will cause physical pain but a touch from its mate will cause immense pleasure.
IX. Nekos will do anything to protect a loved one no matter the price they will pay.
