Ch.1 Haunted
" For the last time Ron...IT"S OVER!!" I screamed. Ron had thought it would be fun to hook up with Lavender over the summer. Since I wouldn't put out for him he thought he could go else where. " That is the last time you will EVER cheat on me again Ronald Wesley!"

Ron had asked mare out around the end of 6th year. Then at the beginning of the summer Ron had cheated on me. He had met this muggle girl, I don't even want to remember her name, at a shop somewhere. When I found out, Ron had said that he was sorry and that he loved me and I took him back as fast as you can snap your fingers.

During the summer I moved in with Harry, Ginny, and Ron at Black manor. Of course Mrs. Wesley was there too. As the summer went on I learned things about Ron I never wanted to know. Like he was abusive, very possessive, basically addicted to sex, and just all around creepy.Don't get me wrong I loved Ron or at least I thought I did but I was more afraid of him then anything.

I remember the first time Ron had ever put his hands on me. Ginny and I went shopping for the day without the boys and I forgot to tell Ron where I went. I didn't think I had to but I guess I did. So when I walked in the door I got thrown up against a wall and called a whore. He then repeatedly smacked my head against the wall till I bled. Then he accused me of cheating and said ' if I ever pull a stunt like this again the punishment would be worse.'

The whole summer I felt myself dying inside. All thanks to Ron. The beating and cheating continued. I lost count of the times he cheated after about 5 or 6 and I got beat almost everyday for the littlest things. All he had to say was I'm sorry, I'll stop, I love you Hermione and I would take his sorry ass back. One day during the summer I had fallen off a broom and Ron had caught me. What a hero...right?...Wrong! Everyone else praised him and called him a hero. Ron let all that get to his head he thought I owed him. So that night he came into me room and raped me. Then the sick bastard sat and watched me bleed from his abuse, he watched me get dressed again, he watched me sleep and he watched me scream in my sleep.

The summer is now over and we leave for the train station first thing in the morning. It took all I had to leave Ron but it needed to be done. And thanks to Ginny I will spend the whole day for myself. Me, Ginny, and even Mrs. Wesley are all having a spa day today. I want to go back to Hogwarts with a new look and a new attitude. It's my 7th and final year there and I want to go out with a bang. Being head girl just might give me the advantage that I need. I want to be the Hermione that I truly am! not the one that everyone else knows. It's time to make my mark.
