So, I was re-watching "Blowing Off Steam" because it's one of my favorite episodes of MIOBI and thought about writing a little oneshot about Razor talking for the first time to Damon about Emily. The title comes from the scene when Razor introduce Emily to Damon and he says "That makes sense". It's the first fic I write on this amazing TVShow and I hope you'll like it!

Razor entered the room without even knocking and threw himself down on the bed missing just for a couple of inches Damon who was trying a new song on his guitar.

"What the hell, man?" The guitar player threw his plectrum at his best friend who laughed at him before crossing his arms under his head and smile.

"I just met the most amazing girl ever!"

Damon rolled his eyes and got up leaning his guitar in the corner of the room.

"Aren't you going to ask me anything?"

"Ok," the guitar player sat down on the chair at his desk and motioned for his best friend to go on. "Tell me everything about this amazing girl!"

"Her name is Emily," Razor smiled softly. "Kmetko."

"Strange surname," commented Damon turning his back to his best friend and starting to search for a piece of paper where to write the new lyrics of their next song. "That's all?"

"No," Razor got up from the bed and went to stand next to Damon. "She's so beautiful and strange... mysterious in a way." He laughed quietly. "She almost reminds me of you. Anyway... She's..."

Damon smirked up at his best friend. "What? The most amazing girl ever?"

"Yeah, that's right. I can't wait for you to meet her."

"You sure you want me to meet her? And what if she falls madly in love with me?" joked the guitar player.

"She won't. She's not the typical girl falling for the bad guy."

Damon arched an eyebrow. "Thanks a lot, asshole."

"I invited her to come see us playing..." Razor trailed off and shrugged. "She said she couldn't."

"Then maybe she's not the typical girl falling for the boy next door either..."

Razor rolled his eyes at his best friend and turned around to leave. "I really like her."

Damon turned around in his chair and crossed his arms over his chest. "I got that. I've never heard you bumbling about a girl before. She must be pretty special."

"She is," the blond nodded walking over to the door. "When and if you get to meet her, don't screw everything up for me, ok?"

"Scouts honor!" he said extending three fingers of his right hand.

Razor laughed while opening the door. "You've never been in the scouts, Damon."

Damon gave his friend another smirk. "I know."
