It was the 15th, March, 1889.
You wake up to the sound of falling rain as the carriage stops in front of the London Town Hall.
Your aunt, who was supposed to be waiting for you has probably gone home, thinking you wouldn't come today because the carriage was late due to the bad weather.
As you start walking towards the Hall to shelter yourself from the rain, you see a tall, muscular man in a dark green coat with long blonde hair and a bizarre checkered hat in his hand, held close to his heart.
He was just standing in the road while staring at the sky.
As if the rain didn't bother him at all!
It was like 'something' forced you to talk to the man.
-Are you okay...? - you asked quietly while gently pulling on the sleeve of his wet coat.
He turns around with a small gentle smile on his face and red bloodshot eyes while putting the hat on his head and says:
-Why, of course, Milady.- slowly tipping the hat towards you.
As you see his face, your face begins to feel a bit warm and you have a fuzzy feeling inside you, like you've had the best cup of Earl Gray tea after a nice night of sleep.
He asks:
-What is a pretty lady like you doing in the rain at this late hour, all by herself?
You explain the situation to him as you both take cover from the rain.
As the night goes on, the two of you engage in dozens of conversations.
Feeling like you've known this man for ages, you finally muster the courage to ask him his name.
-W-what is your name, i-if I may ask...?
-Forgive me Milady, for being so rude not to tell you my name. My name is Robert E.O. Speedwagon. -he says while
holding your hand and bowing slightly.
As you blush from him holding your hand, you look away while putting the hand he held close to your heart.
-Ah, Milady, pardon me for holding your hand so blatantly. May I ask for your name?
-Y-yes!- blushing intensely - M-my name is...(YN).
As the rain stops, Mr. Speedwagon decides to help you get to your aunt's home.
After a few minutes of walking down the main streen, you come across a big puddle. Speedwagon asks:
Milady? I wouldn't like your shoes to get dirty, would you mind if I carried you across the puddle?
As your heart produces a loud thump, you accept his offer, getting close to him as he lifts you off the ground, you can feel his hard muscles through the shirt, bigger than you imagined. After crossing the puddle, he continues carrying you, you giggle a bit.
He asks:
What is it? D-did I do something wrong?
- You were supposed to only carry me over the puddle...*whispers* Not that I mind being carried though...
Mr. Speedwagon produces a short and quiet sound of laughter before stopping to ask:
-Ah, where was I going anyways? You didn't even tell me where your home was, who knows where I would've carried you if I didn't remember...
-Wherever you took me, it'd be fine, I trust you, Mr. Speedwagon, you're a really kind person. It was a real pleasure to meet you!
-The pleasure is all mine.
As you start to yawn, your eyes start to close and you fall asleep.
You wake up as your hear your aunt calling for you from outside the carriage.
What...? How..? Mr. Speedwagon?
As the driver tries to tell you something, your aunt pulls you up and helps you out, she asks the driver how much is the fare.
-The young miss' fares have been paid, have a good night.
As you borrow your aunt's shoulder, the both of you get to your room where you lay down and quickly fall asleep.
