Resentful green eyes stare at me. "Two more minutes, Dean. Don't talk, or I'll have to start over again." He gives me the finger instead.
Two minutes later, he's free to cough while I look at his temp. "Well?" He finally manages to get out.
"You're staying home, I'll write you a note."
"What, Dear Sam Winchester, please excuse Dean Winchester from ghost hunting, he has a cold?"
I shake down the thermometer and stand up. "Yeah, something like that. You can do your homework while you get better." I toss a book about sprites on the nightstand.
He groans.
