Harry's Decision

So yes, it wasn't his smartest move thus far. No one needed to tell him that.
But he needed this. It was absolutely impossible for him to put it to a halt, no matter how bad this actually was for his health.
And practically everyone knew that it wasn't good for females, so how could it ever be good for a male'shealth? Even so, he couldn't get rid of her.
It was like choosing between two deaths, with only one decision having the chance of the survival of both.
No matter what Draco said it would be impossible to get rid of the child growing inside him.
Draco had been softly manipulating him into removing her. Until Harry blew up.
And that blow up hadn't been pretty. Harry'd screamed, cried, cursed and threw things at Draco until the blond had taken him into his arms and asked for the logic.
So Harry gave the logic.
And Draco saw why Harry could not live on when the fetus would be removed. He could just not remove a part of himself and Draco and not live with the consequences.
He knew he would sink in a depression and be the worst parent ever to the newly born boy. And he could never do that. He could never let one of his children go through what he'd been through.
He'd kill himself before that happened.
At least this way there would be chance of survival. Still there was this feeling of dread clutching at his heart, as if he knew this would be his last months with his family.
But he kept smiling. Kept giving the new born all his love and affection. Kept making love to Draco and telling everything would be alright.
Kept living his last months.
And even when Lady Death was coming for him, he smiled.
His family would be alright.
