Duty

Sam had always loved her eyes. Almost glowing blue and greens who she swore moved like waves in the ocean when she blinked. Eyes who always were filled with concern, love and forgiveness even when she didn't deserved it. Now though, she could almost feel the begging stare like a physical weight on her shoulders. They bore into her flesh, past all of her defenses, ripping her heart to shreds. She didn't want to do this, forcing herself to watch the tears fall from her bruised, bleeding face. Tears not caused by the actual pain from the wounds she had inflicted on her body, but by the betrayal she was committing.

She didn't want to do this, but Fin's powers had gotten to strong, her storms taking to many lives. She had to disappear for the sake of the people. She let out a sob of her own but it was drowned in the beginning sobs and "please, no, i love you please, don't do this" Oh, she dearly wished she could embrace the other before her destructive powers took her life aswell. Not having to ever suffer the thought of harming her. No, sam didn't want to do this. But she had to. Opening her mouth to say sorry, say it wasn't her choice, anything at all proved useless as she places her trembling, glowing, burning hands around the Fin's neck. Her wails drowned out any other noise, as if scarring the crumbling walls and air around them of Sam's betrayal.
