A/N: Dengeki Daisy 4ever! Who doesn't love this series??!! Anyway, here's a short character reflection, kind of like a poem, from Teru's point of view after she found out that Kurosaki is Daisy.
I love you, Daisy.
So much that it hurts.
Why do you hide your other identity?
Why do you lie?
But you're still there – as your true self, protecting me.
And I know that you're suffering.
Because I've seen your tears of pain.
Don't you know I can see your eyes every time you look at me?
So sorrowful, but full of longing.
Don't you know that I can see your smile every time you're around me?
So bitter, but full of hope.
But why?
What do you long for, what do you hope for?
What happened?
Why? Why can't you truly be mine, and I be yours?
Do you love me?
But I think I understand, at least a little.
Because there is something dangerous that you're hiding from me.
Something so frightening that you have to lie.
That you have to have nightmares.
I'll wait for you.
One day, you'll tell me everything.
I'll always wait.
Because I will always love you.
