This is for the Maybe, Possibly Challenge by Johanna Night on PJFC.

"Leo," groaned Piper swiping at the curly haired boy. "You have to take this seriously. Or Coach won't let you go on the trip to Mount Olympus."

Leo pouted at his girlfriend. She had been going off about his getting a good grade on this test. She had even gotten Coach Hedge and their friends at both camps involved. This wasn't fair.

"Pipes," he whined, "you know me and studying just don't mix. We're like oil and water. Tuna and ketchup. Peanut Butter and..."

"I get your point Leo," Piper said. "But you have got to study."

Leo grinned at Piper as Percy walked over to them. He knew that Percy wasn't great in English either. So he thought of something off the top of his.

"Hey Percy," he said with a smile for friend.

"Hey Leo, Piper," Percy said with wave.

"I've got a cool study idea," Leo suggested.

"What's that?" said Piper.

"A contest. To see who can get the better grade. Are you in Percy?"

Percy nodded. "I'm in," Percy answered.

"Great. We each study with Piper and take the test. And the person with the highest score is the winner."

"What's the prize?"

"Piper can pick the prize."

Piper grinned. She already had a prize in mind. Now she just hoped that Leo could win.

They began studying right away. Leo would study with Piper when Percy was busy with Annabeth. And Percy would study with Piper when Annabeth was busy tutoring the Hermes cabin. And so it went until the day of the test.

Leo sat down and found he couldn't concentrate on the questions. That is until he heard Piper's voice in his head reading question to him like in their study sessions. That made it much more easier.

One by one he slowly and carefully answered the questions on the test. He didn't fake his answers like he normally did. Or just go through and pick random letters. He actually thought out his answers.

His teacher was surprised when Leo handed in his test early. And even more surprised when Percy Jackson handed his test in after Leo. She quickly graded each boys test and handed them back to their perspective owner.

Leo stared in shock at the grade on top of his test. He looked at the back to make sure there wasn't a made you look sign there. But to his relief there wasn't any.

He searched Piper out quickly to tell her what was up. He had gotten a 99% on his test. His highest grade ever.

Leo wasn't surprised when Piper walked over to him and Percy at lunch time. She sat down between Leo and Percy.

"So what's the verdict boys?" she asked looking between the two of them.

"I got a 86," said Percy.

"I got a 99," said Leo proudly.

Piper smiled proudly. She leaned over and kissed Leo as hard as she could. She finally made him study properly for a test.

This was interesting to write as I've never written a Leo/Piper before. This is my first time writing for this pairing. So hopefully I got all the characters close to in character or as close as possible. Please let me know what you think.
