Mari Collingwood was a sweet,beautiful,nice girl her whole life her parents were always amazed on how sweet and amazing she parents bragged about how good there kids were in sports and awards but John and Emma could brag that she was a swimmer,straight A student, and she was sweet as can continued for 17 years when Mari was 16 her 20 year old brother Ben was driving to see Mari,John,and Emma because it was Mari's birthday she was so excited to see him he was in college 800 miles away so seeing him was 20 minutes of him being late they call and call a robot ladys voice kept saying the phone is no longer in service they got worried but hoped he was just late and his cell phone 1 hour the collingwood's got a call saying that there was a car accident and Ben was rushed to the quietly but franticly told Emma to get in the car that there was an accident not wanting to freak out told Mari that there was a Car accident but that she should stay at home she started crying and was nervous John hugged and kissed Mari and said "Everythings going to be okay baby".When John and Emma got to the hospital they saw Ben in the ICU the doctors told them Ben was brain dead and when they were ready would pull the rushed to Bens side hugged and kissed him After an hour Mari called John he told her everything both John and Emma thought it would be better if Mari did not see Ben they thought it might be to tramatizing mari was crying and screaming asking if she could see and say goodbye to Ben they let her say goodbye over the 2 hours Ben died and flew to heaven John and Emma left after all the paperwork and information was John and Emma got home they could hear Mari crying in her room Emma went to Her room while John went to see Mari she was crying so hard Mari said she was mad at them and she starting hitting herself the walls and the bed John just sat there then all of a sudden Mari fell into John's arms and he was holding her they both were crying John slept with Mari that next day they all kept to themselves over the next week they became closer as a family and 2 weeks later john had to go back to work Mari kept her swimming lessons and the family moved on.
