"Did you see the new family who's moving in next door?" Aunt Petunia was peering through the kitchen window, stretching her neck as she pulled apart the curtains.

Uncle Vernon grunted and continued to read his newspaper.

"They look normal." Aunt Petunia whispered as she continued her spying on the new neighbors. "But I guess you never know right. The last thing we need is more freaks in this neighborhood."

Harry was sitting on the stairs, trying to hear the news from the TV set in the living room.

Like any wizard or witch in their right mind will purposefully move beside the Dursleys.

There was nothing on the news concerning Sirius or anything related to the wizarding world. He took that as a good sign.

He tiptoed back upstairs to his room. He slowly shut his door and walked to his bed. It was sunset, and the orange sky blazed through Harry's window. The cool summer breeze flattered his window curtain and Harry decided to close his window. As he pulled the window, he looked out to see a boy. He was unmistakably younger than Harry. He had a bright orange object in his hand. After a moment, Harry recognized that it was what the muggle called a gun, or at least a look-alike. The front door of the house next door opened, and a girl dressed in a plain tank top, with a plaid shirt which was obviously too big for her over it and shorts, walked out. As she approached the car parked in the driveway of the house, the younger boy aimed his orange gun at her and a sprout of water came out hitting the girl right in the chest.

"Tyler!" She screamed obviously angry.

The boy shot another stream of water. This time, on the girl's face, and ran away laughing.

"I am going to kill you, Tyler!" The girl exclaimed while running after the boy.

"Mom!Dad!"The boy managed to yell.

Minutes later a beautiful woman, followed by a man, exited the front door of the house. The little boy ran to the woman and attached his lanky arms to her waist.

"Amelia threaten to kill me, again." He murmured.

"Well, why don't you tell them what you were done?" The girl started." I swear Mom, we should have left him in South Africa. It still not too late, we can ship him back."

"No one will be shipping anybody back." The man beside the beautiful woman.

The woman and the boy walked back into the house together, the boy still clinging to her waist.

The man and the girl stood there for a minute looking at each other.

"I know that you are angry." The man said.

"That is the understatement of the year." The girl crossed her arms across her chest. "Just save it."

She walked past him and went into the house. After a minute, the man returned and walk behind her, going into the house as well.

Harry slowly slammed his window shut and went to lay on his bed.
