Swiftly he ran though the empty and dark streets, holding a box in his hands.

"Don't lose sight after him!" someone called from behind.

He turned the corner and entered a hidden room. They wouldn't find him here.

He turned to a metallic doll that welcomed him when he entered. He bowed and told the doll to sit on the table in the back. The doll complied and sat.

He put the box on the table and turned to a monitor. With his shaky hands, he entered a command:

"Sleep until woken."

The screen blinked green when the command was placed and the screen flashed, "Press any key to remove sleep mode."

He plugged the doll into the wall and computer then looked back at the box. He extended the metal rod and pressed a button. Static. He frowned and put the rod back and then noise stopped.

The earth shock from under him and the world seemed to move. He left the hidden chamber and locked the door. He started to run. They were coming.

A shot rang out and he was on the cold, wet ground.

"If only you'd listened. We could have lived peacefully with out disturbing them." The official said staring at the body, holding the gun in his right hand.
