Turning into the driveway, Eric Delko pulled his SUV next to the red Grand Caravan that was already parked there. He quickly shut the truck off and pulled the keys from the ignition.

Walking from the driveway to the house, Eric could hear country music coming from inside the modest, two story ranch home. Of course there is music playing Eric thought to himself. Today was her day off; she probably spent it with the girls.

Smiling at the thought of his wife, he continued to walk to the front porch. He was just about to open the door when he saw a flash of movement in the living room window. Instead of opening the door, Eric walks to the window.

Through the window, he sees long blonde hair flying everywhere as Calleigh twirls around the room with a dark haired toddler. He isn't immediately sure which of his daughters is dancing with their mother. Glancing around the living room, Eric sees Kathryn and Marisol. The three year old twins are sitting at the Disney Princess table, having a tea party with their dolls.

Calleigh is dancing with Isabel then Eric thinks, refocusing his attention on his wife and youngest daughter. Calleigh is singing along with the radio while Isabel giggles happily in her mother's arms.

Standing on the porch, Eric listens to the song that is currently playing. Recognizing it as My Front Porch Looking In by Lonestar, he starts singing along.

theres a carrot top who can barely walk
with a sippy cup of milk
a lil blue eyed blonde with shoes on wrong cuz she likes to dress herself

and the most beautiful girl
holdin both of them
yea the view I love the most is my front porch lookin in

Just then, the song ends. Calleigh stops twirling Isabel and glances out the window. She sees Eric and smiles at him.

"Daddy's home," Eric hears her tell Kathryn and Marisol. The girls abandon their tea party and run to the front door. Eric walks to the door; but before he can open it, it is opened for him. He steps just inside the front door when he feels two sets of little arms around his left leg.

"Daddy, Daddy," Kathryn and Marisol scream as they continue to hug his leg.

"Hey you," Calleigh says before kissing him. Isabel is still on her hip. "Daa Daa," Isabel says, imitating her older sisters.

Later that night as he and Calleigh were getting ready for bed, Eric's mind drifted to Calleigh and the girls in the living room. 'The guys in Lonestar got one thing right;, I'll never beat the view from my front porch looking in,' Eric thought before he fell asleep.
