1. Chapter 1:Afterburn of the Cold War

DISCLAIMERThis is my work on a completed basis as the history of the Cold War does not by copyright laws belong to anyone.I am a huge Cold War WW2 Fan as you might've already guessed.N.B-Remember that this is like a hugr introduction of the main story that will be in this piece's sequel.I will be mkving fast but I wrote this piece so as an accomodation as to allow one to be in connection with the main plots setting and its conditions.This is a very political piece,so please enjoy

Chapter1:The Afterburn of the Cold War

In June 1991,the mother of Communism fell.The Soviet Union due to increased hyperinflation and extreme pressure to the economy,fell apart when all its satellite states declared their independence the same year.Soviet Premier Gobarchev was shocked beyond belief and so were the communists,the Soviet Union had been outlasted by the ever prospering United States of America.During the cold war it was clear the Americans wanted to bleed Russia dry through an arms space race which went on for almost half a decade.

July the same year elections are quickly held so as to usher the Motherland into a new state of democracy which it had lacked for centuries of history.President Popov and his Russian Nationalist Party(RNP) win the elections and in August 1991 declares the establishment of the RussianFederation,a multi-party democracy with a parliament(The Duma) ruling it a populous of 179 000 000.A new constitution is drawn and the Russian Federation becomes an official capitalist state thus all communist influences in Russia die,and the USA is predictably overjoyed at this development,it had defeated Communism in Russia and China(a big communist opponent in their own right)had established diplomatic relations with the US and adopted some of its Free Enterprise methods.

Although wishing to do it,Popov could not ban the communists,so they remained a political party in Russia with very little to no influence.The hard part for the new government came in that they were now tasked with repairing the mauled Russian economy due to the cold war and its effects.Although a great public speaker,president Popov and his nationalist party face a million problems in one:poverty accompanied by unemployment,extremely slow service delivery and sanctions which other states refuse to lift upon Russia due to increased US crucifixion due Popov's reluctancy to do business with the US.Things get so bad that by 1993,just two and half of Popov's rule,more than 80% of Russia's population is under deep poverty the humiliation is furthered when Russia's GDP per capita in USDollars hits an all time low.

During his time of rule Popov had lost a lot of influence in and outside the nationalist party and due to the increased poverty many opponents of the party gain significant support.People were tired of the Russian government's incompentence wanted change,heck some were even calling for the return of the Soviet Union,because of this many Russian politicians gain enormous support.One notable figure was former general turned polotician Maksym Orlov.Born in 1935 in Bulgaria,he lost his perants because of Nazi Germany's waffen-SS whilst only a mere toddler.During the later stages of the cold war he became a seemingly loyal member of the Communist Party served as a major general in the Red Army,but after the establishment of the Russian federation things had changed for him.Although an anti-capitalist he had also become critical of some communist laws.So in August 1993 he formed his very own party, The Soviet Socialists of Russia(SSR).He had gained massive support from the Russian people due to his eloquency when addressong them,his political party was very influential at this time although facing tough competition Orlov looked to counter this by establishing the party's armed wing known as The Soviet Force(SF),which was in reality used for terror campaigns against his opposition.

After two year of planning in 23 July 1996,the SSR Premier,Orlov mobalizes the SF and storms the Duma in the Russian capital of St. Pietersburg after capturing key points of the city such as power stations,railways government buildings.Funny thing is that the army offered little to no resistance when the SF mad their move against the excutive council of Russia,they also supported the SSR party's goal to overthrow the Nationalist Party due to the mess it had made,Popov is then captured and executed without trial the next day leaving Russia's political status unknown.Although eager to take over seeing as how the army was on his side Orlov is negated by the Russian Generals from assuming power as they insisted free and fair elections were to be held.The SSR party is then named the new provisional Government of Russia is obligated to hold elections as soon as possible.This was a disastor in Orlov's sidekick,Dimitrovo Putin's eyes,he was sure that Orlov would lose due to the extremely tough competition he was facing.Dimitrovo,although an extremely effective Propagandisr knew it would take a miracle for the SSR to win the elections fairly.In November 1996 elections are then held in Russia.

In 1997 Russia is found to be corrupt after the holding of eventually rigged elections the SSR party assumes control of the Russian Federation.Although with evidence from the CIA,the Russian generals refuse to believe the story,taking it as merely US effort to attempt to control the Russian government its people,plus they despised the US.In January 1997 after being declared victor,new Russian Premier Maksym Orlov declares the beginning of The Prosperous Age for Russia the nation annexes Luthunia Latvia peacefully after arrangements for such had been made prior to SSR victory.Estonia,very reluctant to capitulate is annexed in early February 1997 after the Russian Army is ordered by the premier to occupy the neighbouring nation,its government is overthrown and the small nation is absorbed into the larger Russia,because of this in February the 15th,Russian Premier Maksym Orlov declares the establishment of The Russian Confederated Union(RCU),he then bans all political parties not affiliated with the RSS,closes the Duma names himself Premier Supreme of the RCU,prompting the powers of thr west to deem Russia a dictatorship yet again.A cult of personality quickly develops around the Premier Supreme all opposition is brutally crushed by the Russia secret policethe BIA(Beuro of Investigations Agency).

The USA quickly calls for lifted sanctions to be reapplied against "Russian Imperialism" so most of Asia West Europe impose sanctions,angering the Russians,but upon being named Premier Supreme of the RCU,Orlov in March 1997 signs a treaty of friendship with Japan,Italy most North African nations dissatisfied with the USA,as well as other East European nations including Poland,who are fearing what appears to be increased Russian expansion.Afghanistan in 15 March 1997,is occupied by Russian forces and becomes part of the Confederated Union,the former government reluctant to capitulate to RCU control,are captured just months later by BIA(Beuro of Investigations Agency),and sent to Moscow to be trialed for treason,they are all found guilty are sentenced to the firing squad,all NATO nations begin to strengthen defence,especially Western Europe in June 1997 the EU Pact is signed,and all member states of the EU join NATO and pledge military intervention against any nation that threatens those who are member states,although this is done orally instead of on paper.

Fearing war of some sort,increased opposition unrest grows in the RCU.Premier Supreme Maksym Orlov allows the holding of the first presidential elections,which his opportunistic right hand man Dimitrovo Putin wins,the Dictator also establishes a pseudo-parliament(The Duma)to sooth the burning emotions of the Russians,a parliament which he must oversee.The Premier Supreme in June 1997 purges all structures of the RSS for a good 10 days to ensure the consolidation of his power through show trials to promote terror the dissappearance of high ranking RSS party officials due to BIA operations.In July 1997 Orlov signs The Inituative 7,which he uses to amend the constitution and has President of the RCU Dimitrovo Putin nationalize most of Russia's big industries focuses on Industrialization.The RSS party Dimitrovo were extremely intellegent and focused on the establishment of good diplomatic relations with neighbouring lands,especially in North Africa and tapped into their natural resources such as oil,moving to rapidly industrialize the RCU turn it into a super industrial power that can take on US industries.In 1999,Russia begins to reap the rewards when Russia's industrial output is greatly improved the quality of life as well,the GDP is significantly raised the ruble(Russian currency)begins to build power on the international podium.The economy of the RCU begins to boom greatly as in early 1998,the valuable energy source Rareethrum is discovered on RCU soil as well as Japanese soil,with Russia taking the majority in possession.An emphasis on Rareethrum mining is put by the RCU government whilst keeping close relations with Japan.Although producing the energy source in bulks that by 2000 the RCU was producing 83.6% of the world's Rareethrum,followed by Japan South Africa,it was very expensive for the RCU to process the energy source for use,so the premier supreme begins to threaten to sanction the world for jts supply.All sanctions against Russia to the USA's dismay are lifted and the economy of Russia thrives greatly as in 2001,President Dimitrovo uses the Initiative 7 of 1997 to order Russia to resume a race for technological and military supremecy,mobalizing many Russian scientists.Soon the economy of Russia revolves around Rareethrum and industries develop around Russian mainlands like wildfire.Seeing that Russia had now like before begun a race for technological supremacy,the rest of the world powers in China,USA,Japan,United Kingdom and the like also follow the same route to ensure they are not outdone by the Russians,many discoveries are therefore made human lives are embettered technologically.In 2004,Japanese Scientist Mitsu Kuji along with Russian scientist Andrei Zhukov in the RCU legislative Capital of Moscow finally develop what they call APA(Anatomical Prosthetic Augmentation) which enables the building of cyber-limbs for humans prosthetic cyber-brains for those lacking in brain capacity,this technology becomes so advanced that it can allow one the reading of certain memories,especially those cyberized.The two scientist bring the discovery to the UN Social Economic Council the two receive global hail,with the RCU claiming most of Zhukov's glory and using him for international propaganda.Both Japan the RCU benefit insanely from the discovery,with their economies taking a huge boost from this Multinational Corporations being allowed to use the discovery worldwide for prosthetic cybernetic,even with US companies reluctantly coming on boared and buying RCU technology in bulk and studying it to make their own,tenderizing relations between the two former enemies.The RCU in 2005 shockingly is declared as having the second strongest global economy,following closely behind the USA the ruble becomes the second strongest currency in the world to the Pound Sterling,with the USDollar dropping to number 4,the USA enviously shocked watch as in June 2005 the RCU(Russian Confederated Union) is by powers of the West reluctantly redeclared as a superpower,having great influence in East Europe,the whole of Asia,North Central Africa and some parts of Oceania,they also keep their position as the second strongest military force in the world only second to tbe USA after the Initiative 7,1997 was used to arm Russia once more,but by this time,Russia secretly begins nuclear rearmament,breaking the treaty with the USA Britain of 1991,in February 2005 Nuclear Sites are built all over the Russian artic regions for the production of nukes.The USA begins to be sweat out a little bit when Russia's military reaches a point it thought it would never reach,although the US mantained the stronger navy airforce,the well equipped trained new Russian Army was clearly stronger,with better guns after the introduction of the Ak47 G stronger tanks because of the complex Initiative 7 of 1997.Thus in January 2006 US President Joe D. Freeman signs The Military Advancement Act,allowing the US military better liberty in increasing USA's military budget,seeing as the RCU was spending gigantic loads of cash on its military.In March 22,2006 RCU forces occupy Belerus,Finland,Sweden Ukraine om the same day,annexing them into the ever growing RCU.All of these states resist hard to the occupation,but the Swedish armed forces had been divided for almost a decade,and Finland's army was absolutely nothing compared to the Russian Army,and so after 12 days of rebelling all states fell to Russian control on April the 4th after Finland was the last to fall and RCU tanks rolled on Finish mainlands with confidence.After this,the Russian generals began to discuss the annexation of Poland,the Czech Republic and Bulgaria(as it was always their great leader's wisn to unite his land of birth to the land he ruled),but during all of this,where was the USA?

The Military Advancement Act unfortunately was unable to be implemented as in March 2006,America,the land of opportunity was plunged into a devastating Civil War(2006-2009) .A war the RCU was still is suspected of having started.
