Sky: This is just another humorous little story in which Cuddy has locked herself away in one of the hospital's bathrooms and House has to come and get her. Also, they both call each other by their first names because, as it was pointed out to me, once they are married they'd both be House's. So we've got first names here people. Once again, I don't own House or it's characters. Also, for speech pattern, it starts with House, goes to Cuddy, back to House, to Cuddy. Yeah, simple! Now, read on and review!

A Battle of Will

"Lisa."

"Greg."

"Open the door."

"Do you want to die?"

"? ...I fail to see how that is relevant."

"Go ponder it for a while."

"Trying to send me away, eh?"

"Yes. Now do so."

"Lisa, come out."

"I'm not gay thus that would be pointless."

"Lisa, do you want me to call a nurse?"

"Are you going to try and open this door?"

"No."

"Then don't bother."

"I hear metal, do you have medical tools in there?"

"Yes. Which are you asking about?"

"Put them down."

"That would negate the point in having them."

"I'm starting to get annoyed."

"I'm sure distance would improve that. Go away."

"No."

"Damn it."

"Are you trying to be annoying?"

"Do you want me to be trying to annoy you?"

"Are you repeating me?"

"That depends. Did you say something stupid?"

"No."

"Then yes, I am repeating you."

"You're being stubborn."

"Thank you. I had an excellent teacher."

"Wilson?"

"No, you ,idiot.

"Now you're insulting me!"

"Just a little."

"Still, I find it disconcerting..."

"Distance often improves..."

"For the love of god woman I'm not going away!"

"DAMN IT!"

"If you don't come out I'm going to go get Wilson."

"A guilt trip won't work."

"How about a sedative?"

"Believe me, I've already had a few."

"!"

"Not that many, dummy."

"Lisa, open the door now!"

"No."

"I could always use the key to get in, you know."

"You could."

"You don't seem to worried."

"Of course not. I'm holding the key hostage."

"You have obviously thought this out far more then me."

"It seems that way. Now admit defeat and go back to doing nothing."

"Defeat? Never!"

"Now you're being difficult."

"I'm difficult? You're the one's who's locked herself in the bathroom!"

"Yes, and you're the one bothering the one who has locked herself in the bathroom."

"I sense you have an underlying motive."

"I do. Survival."

"You are trying to make this amusing."

"...it does look that way...what's something boring to tell you...Cameron's life story?"

"This is a physiological bid for my attention."

"Your attention is what induced this fit of hysteria."

"Now you're playing with words."

"Well there's not much else to do in here."

"Lisa, please open the door."

Sigh. "Alright. But only if you can ensure my safety."

"I have secured the area around both of our offices, the lobby and the halls."

"Med lab?"

"No guarantee's."

"And the..."

"Wilson has taken both offending parties to rehab."

"May I keep a scalpel with me?"

"Wouldn't want you without one.

"I just want one more thing..."

Sighs. "Fine...what do you want? Not another potential weapon hopefully..."

"No just...if I open the door though...will you hold me for a little bit?"

"If you open the door nothing will keep me from doing just that. Except maybe the scalpel."

"I am pleased with this."

"Good."

"I'm opening the door now."

"I can tell that from the sound of lock turning, Lisa."

"Greg?"

"Yes, Lisa?"

"I've decided something."

"And what is that?"

"Children are worse then you."
