A/N: I was bored so I wrote this. I don't own the characters. Its a one-shot and I hope you like it.

Sesshomaru was resting in a small clearing in a forest. No one, human nor youkia would dare disturb the demon lord or the pain of death. However...

"Lord Sesshomaru-sama!"

Rin, a young human girl that Sesshomaru once saved with the sword his father gave him, was not one to fear him. Actually, one would think that Rin had the great Sesshomaru at her will. Mainly because it seems that whenever they rest, she would dress him up in soft, pink flowers. Like what she is doing now. She now had half his head covered with flower crowns.

Feeling annoyed, he told her, "Rin, there is a field behind thoses trees filled with flowers. Go there for a while."

Rin, feeling happy that there was a field of flowers ready for her to pick and that Sesshomaru told her to go, stood up and started to run there. "Hai Sesshomaru-sama!"

As soon as Rin was out of sight, Sesshomaru threw the flowers on the floor and took the staff of two heads, that Jaken left behind when he went to take care of Ah-Un, and tosted the poor flowers. Unfortunately, he didn't see the scorch marks that was left.When Jaken started to enter the clearing, Sesshomaru threw the staff at him. Jaken got knocked down, unconscious, and with a large bump on his head.

When Sesshomaru saw this, he smirked. 'Finally, I can get some rest without any noise,' he thought. Jaken got back up and started saying, "Lord Sesshomaru-same, I-"

He was cut off by Sesshomaru," Jaken, do shut up."

"Ha-ai S-sesshomaru-sama."

He closed his eyes and started to rest. The day before, he had to take care of a small army of youkia that were threatening the peace of his lands. He got fifteen minutes of rest before Rin came back. She was just about to call out to Sesshomaru when she saw that he no long had any flowers on him and that there was a scorch marks on the ground.

"Sesshomaru-sama, what happened to the flowers Rin gave you?" she asked with tears in her eyes.

Sesshomaru snapped his eyes open when he felt Rin grab on to him. After she asked him the question, his mind started to race. 'Kuso! What should I tell her without hurting her feelings. Wait? When did this Sesshomaru start caring about this human's feeling. A mental sigh. Oh well, maybe I should-'

"Jaken destroyed them." Came his reply.

Rin turned her attention to the now wided eyed Jaken. "How could you Jaken-sama?" she said while punching him with her little fist.

After a while and feeling really annoyed, Jaken pushed her and shout, "Foolish human. I did no such thing!" However, pushing her just caused her to cry more and it made Sesshomaru even more upset. Jaken quickly realised this but it was too late. "My lo-ord? he squeaked.

Sesshomaru kicked him into the nearest tree which made Rin laugh. "Ha-ha Jaken-sama," she laughed.

Before Jaken could get up, Sesshomaru stepped over him. "Lets go Rin," he said over his shoulder. 'It is obvious that I shall not get any rest now. Might as well leave.'

"Hai Sesshomaru-sama," she said as she started to follow him, leaving a beat up Jaken.

"My lord?"
