I was walking down the aisle when I first saw your beauty - it was truly captivating. And I swore to the greatest alchemist, which of course is me, that we shall meet again in time, whatever the crisis is. Since then, you never left my mind, and my eyes craves for that face of yours to appear even just in my peripheral vision. My brother remarked this longing of mine shallow, but I too do at first. I never for once believed in love at first sight, but you... You have proven me wrong. You've shoved me that it is possible to fall in love in a blink of an eye.
The moment our eyes met, I instantly felt the urge of hugging you tightly—never letting you go. But my brother insisted of going, leaving you behind in your lonely corner because we're in a rush to catch up the last train in the station. No, my brother is not bad at all! He has always been the greatest and kindest person I know. That's why it is a hard puzzle for me to solve as to why he thwarts our love for one another. Is it because of Winry? I love her, I really do. But my love for you is different from her. And you, my dearest, deserves it more than anything.
The world is little, and I know that someday our eyes will meet once more. And when it does, it will shine bright in my darkest night, and show the path leading to your love, to our future. When that day comes, I will hold you tight, and never shall I let you go. We'll be happy together, underneath the strawberry sky of Risenbool, not minding the time that we might waste; not minding what others would think. It would be just you and me, bonded with our mutual love for one another.
But for now, my love, we'll be apart... and wait patiently for that day to come. Just wait for me.
