Ponyboy's POV
It had been one year since Johnny and Dally both died. Because of this, Ponyboy decided to visit their graves and leave a note on each. Dally's note was telling him that there was still good in the world, (just as Johnny wanted him to know) and that, if it made any difference to Dally, Cherry no longer wanted him to go to hell.
Once he got to Johnny's grave he was surprised to see a figure crouching over it. Could it be one of his parents? He thought to himself. No they wouldn't visit. But then who is it? The mysterious person still hadn't noticed him yet, so Ponyboy cleared his throat. Startled, the figure quickly stood up revealing a pale, pretty girl with long, curly, brown hair and brown eyes puffy and red from crying. Ponyboy was going to ask her who she was, but before he could, she ran away leaving behind a folded up piece of paper. Ponyboy knew Darry would yell at him for doing so, but nonetheless he unfolded the note and this is what it said: My beloved Johnny, why did you have to die? It isn't fair that after all you've been through you just die! Even so, I love you all the more for saving those kids.I just wish you were still alive to raise ours. But now all I have left of you is our son, I decided to name him after you. He has your eyes. I miss you and will always love you. Your was to be wife, Ellie.
Ponyboy stared for a few moments in shock, then, coming out of his trance, half said to himself, half thought "Johnny had a son and was going to get married!?" He didn't know what to do but one thing was for sure, he had to find this girl named Ellie.
Please let me know what you thought of it and if I should continue it. If I continue it the next chapter will be longer and explain about Ellie.
